Very pleased with the customer service I received when purchasing my new sofa. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We arrived at Dfs on Thursday and the older gentleman helped with discussing measurement’s and vast information on the sofa. I went home to make sure it would be suitable for my living room and returned on the Friday and the lady before purchasing also gave me knowledgeable information on how to clean the sofa if I was to stain it etc and was just as helpful!
I am so happy with the service of my visits and can’t wait for my sofa to arrive.
