I popped into my local DFS after viewing the website and struggling to decide on the style of sofa I wanted. I was only intending to browse, but ended up finding the perfect sofa & armchair. Chris was extremely helpful throughout the process, answering all of our questions and clearly explaining the available options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy, which made the experience relaxed and enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I've spoken to lots of sales staff and looked in different shops. We decided to buy at your Colchester branch because Chris was fantastic and so was Kevin. Chris was so helpful and as i had to change the sofa etc which he emailed to me I had to speak to Kevin to order in time for the Summer Sale. I hope they both get some commission.

The service we got was excellent, Chris was a great help without ever being too pushy and allowing us as much time as we needed.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful the moment we walked into the store especially Singh.
We were given plenty of time to look around the store so didn't feel rushed even though it took us a while to find what we were looking for. Once we had made our choice he gave us all the information we needed and answered all of our questions and made the whole experience stress free.

Brilliant company very professional and Kevin from the Colchester branch was superb and very knowledgeable helped me and my wife pick the right sofa size and colour he actually went above and beyond to help us highly recommend. Will be getting our new sofa soon can’t wait cheers again Kevin.

I purchased my furniture last October great salesman, good coffee, delivery was on time and friendly helpful delivery guys, I noticed on Sunday a dip in the lounger part of my sofa 3 springs had gone, phoned the shop sent a photo via email received a reply with a date for a technician to come and repair, the guy came today fixed the sofa the guy was polite friendly and very tidy, 10/10 DFS
