Great customer service and James was very helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa we were buying. Great to get the advice and extra warranty in store other wise we would probably not have bought if done online by myself. Because the sofa has loads off components and technology it was wise to get.

Purchased a new sofa today in your Derry branch in crescent link. I was looked after by Gary who explained everything brilliantly was extremely helpful and a lovely fella on top of it. I would recommend this store 100% and if you decide to go there ask for Gary great customer service

I have bought my last 3 suites from DFS and I've always enjoyed the experience in store. The staff are so friendly and remember us too. I always find what I'm looking for and love the payment plans. When I've had to contact support for a repair the man was out within the week. Good aftercare. Will continue to shop and highly recommend DFS
