We were welcomed to DFS store in Glasgow, London Rd and Nikki was our sales representative today! We were met with a smile, friendly manner and at ease our whole visit . It made buying our new corner suit an all round enjoyable experience. Nikki has incredible knowledge and helped us choose the correct couch for the layout of livingroom. We really appreciate all of her help.

Bronwyn was fantastic
Bronwyn was fantastic. She offered support without being pushy. We returned to the store three times on the same day where she made herself available to answer all of our questions. She was very patient as we changed our minds after settling on one sofa then changing to another. She then helped us find the perfect side tables and coffee table to tie in with our style. She then talked us through all of our options and carefully explained the after care. All in all it was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. Thanks Bronwyn 😊

Great experience, left alone to wander without being hassled. Nikki then approached us and was extremely helpful and friendly. At no time did we feel under pressure, she was superb!
