all the staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially Adam.
we walked in to only have a look and ended up leaving with the purchase of a sofa. such a friendly and warm environment and wouldnt want to go through this purchase with anyone else.

Great customer service couldn’t help us enough

There was a good range of sofas, the first I visited the store, the staff member introduced themself, they were not intrusive and allowed me time to look around and they answered the questions I had at that time
When I returned to look at my chosen sofa I had the same level of service, all my questions were answered and they double checked my measurements and the ordering and payment process was seamless and double checked

I came into the store with a good idea of the particular furniture iwanted for my new property. I realised I had a limited amount of space for the settee I wanted. The assistant who was helping me was absolutely brilliant in helping me choosing my settee, she explained step by step about the process of buying the sette and options available on buying by instalments.
I had everything explained in detail carefully and I was very impressed and would definitely encourage family and friends to buy from your store in haverfordwest. The assistant was called Mrs Hughes, cannot rambert her first name, she was amazing and very knowledgeable on the products I was interested in buying

I had looked online for a sofa to go in a small room and had chosen a style and colour and wanted. So I went in the check it and see how comfortable it was. I ended up purchasing it. The salesperson was lovely and helpful and explained everything about the purchase and the price. I was very pleased with the whole experience.

Plenty of sofas to choose from. Custemer service was ok except being told “Glad you have choosen as you have been hear all morning” which I found a bit rude!

Great visit to DFS today. We were greeted by Stephen shortly after entering, and he was super welcoming and helpful from the start. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to ensure all our questions were answered. We got two sofas that met out needs perfectly. Fantastic customer service!
