Helpful and friendly service.

We had a lovely sales assistant who gave us space to look and decide what we wanted without being pushy which is very important to us.

Hittesh knew exactly what our requests were and found the right product for us. Efficient , friendly and professional.

We saw a sofa we loved and came back to order it, we were helped by Beth, she was lovely, so welcoming and very helpful and explained the whole process and care for the sofa to us, she was very thorough and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Sahil was very informative and helpful today. With his guidance we have left with a new sofa for our Snug.
He has given us a step by step information about everything that happens next.To top it off he was very friendly and had great customer service skills .

The store is set out lovely with an exceptional choice of furniture, we we're able to wander around without being put under pressure, staff we're very helpful and answered all our questions with great knowledge, with special thanks to Sahil from the fosse park store nothing was too much trouble for him we're given tea and coffee and felt relaxed, we look forward to our furnitures arrival, customer service was impeccable. Visited the store in Leicester. There is a wide range of sofas. Greeted by Beth who directed us to what we were looking for. Once we decided on sofas Beth looked after us really well. Very professional. No pushy sales. Would recommend DFS.

Was looking for a new sofa, visited Fosse park in Leicester, and with lots, if not too much choice in shops, we settled on the one shop that put less pressure on us in making a purchase, staff were very friendly, but not pushy, and helpful. Left us to it until we was ready to commit. Then the process of buying the thing was simple and quick to complete! would use again, but if the promises of 15 year guarantee is any good, it wont be soon! Would recommend.

Blaise in Leicester Fosse Park store was so knowledgeable and explained everything beautifully. She advised of every single cost that was associated with the sofa and was honest and straight forward about the measurements. We had measured before we came in but she told us to double check the measurements as we started to doubt ourselves when we saw the sofa we wanted. She didn’t push us for a deposit and didn’t give us any hard sales tactics. She was extremely honest and open about everything so we came back the next day and paid for the sofa in full.
