Very professional

Visited all of the sofa stores in Fosse Park. Chose a sofa from DFS. Customer service was great, just the right amount of support without feeling hassled. Sahil was very informative and even moved footstools around from the other side of the store so that I could check the correct colouring.

We visited DFS Leicester today to look at purchasing a couple of new sofas
We were served by Hitesh who we found to be polite, knowledgeable and very good at going through the fact plus able to answer all our questions

Great customer service

Me and my Nana both came into the store as she was looking for a sofa to purchase, we was greeted by a friendly and welcoming man called Paul, we explained to him that we was after reclining sofas, he explained to us both where they was located, we had a look round and fount the one we had liked, Paul had then came over to us, helped us with the material of the sofa we wanted, and colour etc. he explained in a professional manner with questions we both had asked him, and once we was both happy with the sofa, colour etc, he then went through the payment plan with us, and my nan was happy with it, explained to us both how the process works etc. was really friendly from the start, even had a bit of a chat and a laugh, offered us both a warm drink which made us feel very welcomed, sorted all the paperwork out, told us how long it will be until we receive the sofa, everything was explained very professionally, took his time with us and not rushed, a excellent sales man, thank you very much, and you have made my Nana a happy women with the purchase she has made, kind Regards, Christine Parker & Jordan Parker.

Visted our local dfs store at Fosse Park, we were greeted by MJ who helped us with our purchase. MJ was very polite and knowledgeable. Fantastic customer service.

The customer service was excellent, there was no hard sell and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us order exactly what we wanted and was able to answer all questions we had. We arrived at the store with only 10 minutes before closing and we we're not rushed in any way and even though the store had shut whilst we we're still discussing what we wanted to purchase we we're given extra time to ask any further questions we had.
