Excellent Customer Service
The customer service was excellent, there was no hard sell and the gentleman we spoke to was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us order exactly what we wanted and was able to answer all questions we had. We arrived at the store with only 10 minutes before closing and we we're not rushed in any way and even though the store had shut whilst we we're still discussing what we wanted to purchase we we're given extra time to ask any further questions we had.

NEW SOFAS
We were after 2 New Sofas ( 1, 2 seater 1,3 seater) so went in we
Sahil was the sales person I went to see to ask about leather sofas he was very good, he could answer all the questions I had about sizes, comfort and the leather we went to see 3 different sofas but ended up picking the La-z -boy ( which we are replacing after 8 years)
So thank you Sahil for being so helpful 10/10 👍

Great service from the Leicester Team
Great service, buying new sofa's is not easy. The staff were helpful and knew exactly when to assist and when to leave us be to browse. We did not feel pressured into making any decision straight away and went away to check what we liked would fit in our home. When we popped back in to complete the staff were helpful and ensured we understood all our options. I would recommend the Leicester team.
