Rehan was excellent, providing advice and guidance without being overbearing

We were left to browse but staff checked in periodically. When we found a suite that we liked we were then given all information that we could possibly need. Mark was very attentive and accommodating and did his best to help us with everything we were looking for without being pushy.

Excellent customer service from cheerful knowledgeable staff. We had coffee they turned the chair over so we could measure the base and warned us about delivery times. Salesman Ali was a breath of fresh air.

Went to DFS to order a couple of armchairs and a footstall to complement the DFS sofa we already had. We knew exactly what we wanted, as I had already checked online with a view to making an online order, but we wanted to go in and see the armchairs for real.
Really glad I didn't make the online order, as DFS now had a sale on, and both armchairs were about £150 cheaper each, than when I looked online a couple of days ago.
The sales person was able to facilitate what we wanted. We were done and dusted in 20 minutes. Helpful staff and non pushy. A good experience, especially as we went on a weekday afternoon and the car park and store were virtually empty. So there's a tip - go on a weekday morning or afternoon!

From walking into DFS it was relaxed and you were not " pounced " on! They just offered to help if needed. We had done our research so were pretty clear what we wanted. Once my husband & I had chatted together,we found a member of staff, a lady AJ, not sure I have the name right !! She was brilliant, offered a great service, polite, welcoming & very helpful. We recently purchased the Orka sofa from DFS in Milton Keynes and had a brilliant experience from start to finish.

Martin, who I believe is the store manager, was incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, answered all of our questions and was always available to help. He made the whole experience feel relaxed and completely pressure-free.

We were then introduced to a member of the team who talked us through everything and processed our purchase. She was excellent, knowledgeable and made the whole process straightforward and enjoyable.

Everyone we dealt with was welcoming, helpful and genuinely focused on finding us the right sofa rather than simply making a sale. We’re really pleased with our Orka sofa and would highly recommend the DFS Milton Keynes team to anyone looking for a new sofa.
