Came in today for a sofa and was very happy with the service we received from Kara, Kiara and the young man, sorry I forgot his name.

Kara was very helpful and we didn't feel pressured at all which helped us go and think about things before making a decision.

Heather was wonderful!!!! I felt the shop was warm and welcoming, nice cosy atmosphere with friendly faces. Heather helped us on our first visit, answered all our questions then when we went back to make our purchase it was heather we went looking for. My mum was lifting cushions the lot, heather was not phased, when I asked to move the table I also purchased to “visualise” she was very accommodating and nothing was too much. I would highly recommend visiting to everyone looking for fantastic quality furniture at great prices….look out for Heather!!!

Heather could not have been more helpful, she helped us find the right style, colour and fit of sofa along with an accent chair and a footstool to match. She spent hours with us perfecting it all. Absolutely first class service from her and the others at the Stirling store.

Welcomed by Lindsay in Stirling store. Lindsay was extremely helpful and showed us exactly what we were looking for. She went out of her way to ensure that we got to see all of the sofas that the store had that fitted our needs and answered all of our queries.She allowed us to take our time and gave helpful suggestions to help us make our choice without being pushy . She helped us to work out a payment plan that works for us. This is the fourth suite that we will have purchased from DFS and we have been happy with them all .

When we arrived we were greeted straight away, the sofa we originally wanted was not in store. But we were shown other alternatives, which made our overall decision easier, the sofa we picked was a good choice.
Got a good deal and was very happy with the members of staff we dealt with

We were in the shop today and had a direct decision to make between dfs and sterling for the couch…we found the customer service a lot better at dfs and it made our mind up

We’ve used this store several times over the years. We are given the time to browse without being hassled. The girl who dealt with us was lovely, patient and good humoured. She was very helpful and informative/knowledgeable.
