We had such a lovely experience at the DFS Stirling store. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The young lady who served us was absolutely fantastic she was friendly, approachable, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us honest advice, and helped us find exactly the kind of couch we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured.
She really made what could have been a stressful decision feel easy and enjoyable. It’s not often you come across customer service like that, she is a real credit to the DFS Stirling team. We’d happily recommend DFS to anyone and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you for such a positive experience!

I had a great experience today in Stirling, never having owned or even sat in a recliner before, I was given all the help and time I needed to make my decision. The service was good, and the assistant didn't pressure. The last thing you want is to be followed around a shop with a sales assistant trying to convince you to buy something that you might not want to buy.
