I had such a lovely experience at DFS from start to finish. The whole process was so relaxed, stress-free and enjoyable. Sam, who looked after me, was absolutely brilliant. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient and never once made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect sofa without any hard sell.

The complimentary coffee was a really nice touch too (and surprisingly delicious!).

Fantastic customer service, a great showroom and a genuinely enjoyable experience.

Thanks again to Sam for making everything so easy. I’d definitely recommend DFS and will happily shop there again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service

Cathy the store representative was so helpful and friendly, we decided to buy the sofa there and then, rather than shopping around.

Straight forward process,excellent customer service from your staff who helped us and everything explained very clearly.

He asked did we require any help yet ?
Didn't push us.
We described what we where looking for and he understood extremely well
Spent lots of time with us helping and explaining the sofas
He made us a nice drink and helped us thoroughly thoughout our visit

We left buying a sofa, pouffe and side tables

Sam is a credit to DFS we would highly recommend the store and Sam should get a bonus asap

I bought a 2x 2 seater sofas today and I have to say I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of help offered by Dan the sales advisor. He was very knowledgeable on all the products, helpful, friendly and did not try to push a sale onto us, his advice was to take our time and make sure that the product was the right one for us.

Thank you Dan, I would highly recommend people to ask for you in person when they visit the Warrington store. 5 stars isn’t enough!

Just had delivery of our Harlan sofas, 3 and 2 seaters.
Very pleased with the quality , colour and design.
Makes the lounge look like a new room.

Our sales assistant was lovely and talked us through everything, did not feal pressured into making a purchase.

I was dealt with by Catherine, who was so lovely, I never felt pressured, she took her time and went through everything with me, she was very clear and we had a lovely chat, and made sure I was happy with everything, thank you so much Catherine, she also dealt with my sister aswell and was very patient, I would definitely recommend going there

After a few weekends of looking and re-looking. We finally made a decision. All the staff were absolutely great. In particular Mike. We feel reassured that we made the right decision without being rushed. Thank you all.
