Knowledgeable and helpful staff. We called in for a browse, saw a sofa we really liked and got some price info. We then headed home to measure up & once we were sure it would fit we returned to store with a view to purchase. As it turned out the initial pricing we were given was for a different (cheaper) sofa, but without any prompting, the DFS staff told us they would honor the cheaper price as it was their initial error. Everything was clearly explained to us & we were given lots of options in terms of delivery. No hard sell at any point, just well explained.

Spent over £525 on replacement covers…
Spent over £525 on replacement covers for my leather sofa on October and i still haven't received them. A circle of tickets and waiting 72 hours when still no one responds. Terrible customer service. I am told each time its a priority but on the receiving end it doesnt feel like that.

I had a really positive experience purchasing my chair from DFS. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely comfortable, with no pressure to buy at all.
After taking some time to look around, I approached the gentleman who had first welcomed me for some advice. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely listened to what I was looking for. He took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the perfect chair without ever making me feel rushed.
