There is a lady called Linda in the DID Store in bandon. She is the most obliging lady i ever dealt with. She couldn't have done enough for me. Our steam generator iron broke so up we went to DID Tallaght. Caitlin was so friendly from the minute we walked in the door, asking if we needed help. In the end we did need her assistance and she was very helpful, even going to the store room when the item we wanted wasn't on the shelf. She explained the extended warranty, which we availed of. A great store to deal with.
