Dumped a £430 pair of trousers on my doorstep visible from the street, the courier left a note on the app confirming he delivered it in person to a fictional person. Lo and behold when I got home there was no parcel! Took them a month to get me my money back. Will never use them again, zero stars.

Excellent service
The driver arrived during the stated time slot. He rang the bell and knocked, waiting for me to arrive. This was important because he was delivering frozen food and it was a hot day. Excellent service.
