Excellent customer service
Had an amazing customer service experience by Aaron who was very courteous and forthcoming. He showed me the exact mattress as per my requirement. I was able to lie down on it and see how i felt (definitely recommend). I also got a sofa from clearance which is also a winner. Overall extremely happy with the products and service.

Dreams was faultless
Dreams was faultless. Unfortunately our bed was delivered and the delivery men broke the headboard during installation, because they did not have the right tools to fit the headboard to the bed properly. Had to wait a week before full installation of the new headboard. However, I am very very happy now. Bed is lovely, I have had no back pain and really impressed with the sound quality from the surround system. Thank you Dreams!

Helpful staff in the store
Helpful staff in the store. Advised me that the sofa I wanted in the colour I wanted was going to be coming back into store - being returned by a customer who couldn't fit it in their house. So I was able to have the brand new returned sofa at a reduced rate - in the colour I wanted! Very good service Dreams Aylesbury thank you!

Excellent service and products
We visited the store last month and Sean was incredibly helpful. He helped us choose the right bed and mattress for our new home, he listened to all our needs and didn't waste our time. He was also incredibly patient and understanding as we had two small children with us. I highly recommend speaking to Sean and taking his advice. Our bed has arrived on the exact day he specified and is perfect. Thanks so much

The assistant at Aylesbury branch was so-good
The assistant at Aylesbury branch was brilliant and very helpful. We had already bought and paid a large sum on a new bed and a Tempur mattress via Milton Keynes BUT what we did not know was that our older head board would not fit the new Ottoman side lifting bed. Zachery was so helpful - Thank you.

Thanks to Dreams, Aylesbury for their help in finding a headboard which I had originally seen in the Potter's Bar store but was no longer available. The Manager searched their stock found the headboard and arranged delivery to my home. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Could not go to a store so ordered over the phone
Could not go to a store so ordered over the phone. Went very smoothly and, as we knew which mattress we wanted, was dealt with quickly.
The mattress was delivered on time and the delivery men were curtious, tidy and helpful.
So far (only 5 days) the mattress is comfortable and we are sleeping well.
