Visiting Dreams, a brilliant experience.
Within just a few minutes of entering the store, a very kind assistant called Sean explained to my wife and I how they would help us chose the correct bed for our needs, he directed us to a special bed that analysed our body possitions, very impressive! After that he took us to 4 beds that would suit us. We chose a very comfortable bed, and within a short time the deal was done, we even got an extra 10% discount on top of the bed deal that was on Special offer, all in all a very good experience.

Just needed a new mattress. I was greeted by a very pleasant salesman who helped with all my queries. He was very helpful without being too pushy. I am really pleased with my new mattress nd would certainly go to that store again.

Good staff and a good product
The sales representative listened to our requirements, spent time with us and answered our questions. There was no feeling of hurrying us over our choice.
On our chosen delivery day, we were contacted by the delivery men and the new mattress was delivered, all as arranged. The old mattress was taken away as part of the agreement. All went very smoothly.

Polite and friendly staff. No pressure selling. We narrowed down our options and then discussed the pros and cons of each. The bed was delivered and assembled as agreed. Fast and efficient. We were also given a reduced price due to the price match promise without any fuss. Definitely a pleasant shopping experience.

Beautiful sleep.
Right from stepping in the store to trying out your fantastic bed chooser to finally purchasing my bed the staff were brilliant. The delivery men were polite and courteous and finally having the best ever sleep, hip hip hooray to dreams.

Excellent experience
After having so many issues with my previous mattress order (online store,not Dreams) I went to Aylesbury explained what had happened and the chap was really helpful, showed me to a few suitable choices and left me to decide. There was no hassling or lurking.
The mattress arrived on date of delivery with no fuss 6 days later, the delivery guys were brilliant too.
Highly recommended.
