Lovely welcoming staff in your Dundee branch made the choice of choosing a mattress a pleasure. The patience of Stewart was to be commended as I tried out all of the mattresses your diagnostic machine had deemed suitable. Almost felt like a geriatric Goldilocks!! Paid cash and when at home I went onto your website I saw that you were giving an extra 10% off that weekend and when contacted they were delighted to give me the 10% and paid it into my bank account.
I am delighted with my mattress and it has improved my sleep no end. So much so I am going in to your store in Perth to purchase a new bed for my son and he can choose a mattress to suit him.

Dad was looking for a sofa bed for his spare room. Tommy was more than helpful. He explained the structure of the sofa, what material it was, showed dad how to make it into a bed then back into a sofa. Dad was more than happy with his service...with a very cheery smile!! 😀

Communication from both company and driver was faultless. The timescale given was exact. My bed was built in no time, delivery driver was very nice, and he also put shoe covers on before entering my newly carpeted flat. I was very satisfied with the service.

From the store to the delivery everything was great !
Was kept Informed re the delivery date & then a message to let me know I would get a text on the day which I did then a 20 min warning .
Althougj I didn’t pay for the mattress to be carried into the house they offered anyway !

Stewart was an excellent salesperson. Very helpful, allowed us plenty of time to think about our purchase and gave detailed answers to queries.

I ordered my bed on line and received a prompt
delivery date. I decided on the divan being built by
staff and removal of old bed. I was given a 2hr slot
for their arrival. I was surprised how quickly their job
was all carried out. I am very satisfied with new bed.

Shop...informative, encouraged to "try before you buy" "not pushy" given time, explained the sale clearly Delivery... "as says on the tin" kept in touch at least twice (we are difficult to find) no problems, pleasant delivery lads, on time

Really good experience, the sales adviser was helpful and not overbearing. I felt I had time and space to view the beds myself but also he was on hand for any questions. Quick delivery and great quality bed, I would recommend!
