The service was very good. The test bed device they use is very nice (I don't really know how much it does, but very pleasant experience). My new mattress is certainly an upgrade, I have no complaints. Also they did not try and upsell to me.

The knowledge and friendly approach of the staff, made the buying experience trouble free.

I needed two mattresses but, was unable to visit the showroom.
"Not a problem " .. and having established my sleep requirements and budget, talked me through all the suitable options.
I am sorted for mattress/pilow protectors, duvets etc but, I was sold on a couple of extra feather pillows that I wasn't expecting to buy.
Prakash took on board the information I gave him regarding my current living situation and recommended a delivery service which I was absolutely delighted with.

Delivery went well and I paid for assembly of the bed on the day as this request hadn’t been included on my invoice. I’m happy with the base and mattress which is just what I wanted.

John at the Epsom store was super helpful. He was very knowledgeable but no pushy sales pitch. We brought a mattress, protectors, duvet, and pillows.
Definitely recommend.

There's not much i can say Dreams kept too there promise on the delivery date kept me in form when my delivery would arrive the day before and on the morning of delivery Witch was nice and early. With in my 2 hour slot . The delivery guys were polite and friendly ask me questions were waneted my bed placest in the room .

Excellent shopping experience and John was so helpful and gave valuable advice on the mattress that we were looking to purchase.

i meant 4. all good but we tried soft top of range pillow and got 2 hard. cannot return one hard. never used it because. iam happy with haed, we have to buy brand new soft, because of your stuff up. hence maybe only 2 now, and bet we are out of pocket. sale has been a dispointing finale. all else was very best. just one mistake or whatevr spoilt our once ina ife time and last time. we are 75 and 77. our love has turnwed to hate
