Excellent Customer Store Experience
I visited the Tottenham Court Road Dreams store where I was looked after by Larry the store colleague. He was super friendly has a wealth of experience and product knowledge. He certainly helped me understand what was the best mattress for my needs. Larry thank you so much for your excellent level of care and support during my purchase. I cannot wait to receive my mattress. I would recommend Dreams and definitely if you’re in the area visit Larry he will be sure to make you feel at home whilst you pick out your next bed.

The staff at the shop are very professional and good.
The staff at the shop are very professional and give good, objective advice that caters to the special needs of the customer. We were looking for a firm mattress in the low/ medium price range and got shown mattresses in the relevant price range. The sales person did not try to sell us anything expensive.
There is a large range of mattresses one can try out in the shop, which is very important when buying mattresses.
Dreams offers good services around the delivery of the mattress and takes away the old mattress. Delivery times were short and everything went smoothly.

Dreams - What customer service?
I bought a mattress from Dreams. During the whole sales process, I was never told it is "acceptable" for the mattress to sag within the first year. For the price you pay, you would expect a quality mattress and product.
I tried to resolve the issue, but got told it is "acceptable".

The Dreams shop at Tottenham Court road has a great team that understands the customer's needs and offers good service when looking for a new mattress. The choice of mattresses is great and quality is outstanding. Having a test machine that checks which mattress works best for you, is a great additional feature.
