Long wait for bus/car left stinking

Arrived back from holidays and rang for bus 2 arrived but they wasn't enough room for me and my children had to wait an hour till bus got back to us again.once I arrived at car it was absolutely stinking birds poo and dirt everywhere I do not recommend.

Avoid at all cost

Avoid at all cost. worst customer service and company to use. My car was given back covered in mud inside the car and out. They had done over 20 miles in my car as I also took pictures of the mileage before handing the keys over. We waited for over an hour to get the car back on arrival. The guy that delivered the car just walked away when asked about the disgraceful condition of the car. Would never use this company again and would tell everyone to avoid it as well. It will cost you alot more in having you car professionally cleaned. They are rude and dont care

DO NOT USE AT ALL

Last night we waited over an hour for our car, despite calling at least 5 times and explaining we had someone in a wheelchair needing to get home ASAP. They kept telling us the car was on the way.
When the car turned up 75 minutes after calling them I checked the trip reading and the car had only left their car park 15 minutes before he arrived.
It soon became obvious why there was such a delay, when we drove round we saw the same driver collecting a car from a passenger - so obviously rather than the driver wait for their next car they made us wait! AWFUL company and very rude.
Beware they use lots of different company names including Comapre the Parking

Waited for 3 hours to collect car, arrived with scratches all over the rear bumper and kerbed wheels. Won't pay up or respond to our emails. Shocking.....

Very bad return experience

Very bad experience, called on return and was told a 50 min wait (long any way) called again 35 mins later to check location and then again after an hour to see where they were and they said you only called 15 min ago it will be 50 mins. We were waiting over an hour and a half with a tired toddler at bedtime. Not ideal.

Please do not use ever ! Fraud!

Please do not use
If you have report, them to consumer standards via citizen advice and action on fraud.
They are connected to Galaxy parking and Parking 4 You.
They were late on departure and arrival
the left me with a £170 parking fine
They are uncontactable about the fine or the bad service.
But when i rang them to see if they are still operating as a meet and great parking service, they are!

Worst Ever Meet & Greet

Just appalling. Tried to exhort an additional £15 cash from us upon return, despite being one hour late returning our car. Had to threaten to call police before driver gave us the keys. Then we received a police summons for a careless driving offence, which happened whilst we were away! Gave the police their details and hopefully the driver will receive his comeuppance. Do not touch these crooks with a bargepole!!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Collected and delivered the car on time...however, on return the car was dirty (it is virtually new car) with food stains and muddy sills and mats on both sides. There is also unexplained mileage...but can't be entirely sure there.
I phoned from Gatwick on collecting the car to complain about the state of it and was told 'no problem, just send us an email with the details (duly done with photos) and we will respond and give you a voucher to get it cleaned". 3 emails later and nothing. So...avoid these guys completely. There are many others to choose from. IF I get a response, I will update this post, but for the moment, suggest you AVOID.

no stars. Absolutely shocking service. I was dubious on drop off, asked for ID from the person taking our car, none just kept saying he was due to finish at 4.30pm. Not my problem I paid for a service. On collection things got worse. called number said 30 mins. arrived on a different level called us from an unknown number to say car waiting. he then must have legged it because the car was left completely covered in bird s*** and wheel damaged and replaced with our spare, left the keys on the wheel. we will find them. called the police to report them for criminal damage

NEAR MISS. DO NOT USE! THEY USE YOUR CAR WHILST AWAY

Advertised as meet and greet service but these people are an independent group that loiter on the Gatwick carpark pretending to be a parking company. They take your keys and use your car whilst away. I booked them back in November 2023 for 6 nights parking £63. I thought this was a bargain but soon realised why. Travelled to the airport in May 2024, called 30 mins before arrival as instructed. No answer on first 3 rings. Finally got through to a man who spoke in broken English and he did not ask for my name or booking details, just the make of my car, which I found very odd. Told me to 'find the man near the lifts' upon arrival. No man was near the lifts. We parked in a random spot but could not locate a man for up to 15 minutes and our phone calls were not being answered. Eventually we clocked on that a gentleman (looked to be of Indian heritage, late 30s, slim with short flippy hair) was holding a clipboard in the corner and was in fact the man. He too spoke broken English when I asked if he were part of the company. I asked for ID which he could not present. He had a wad of paper slips containing vehicle registrations pre-printed on them but mine was not one of them. Again, this is odd if you were expecting my car that day? The was also no company logos or details on the papers. He was adamant I must hand my keys over, to which I said absolutely not until you show me a company name, ID and a contact name to put to the phone number they were using. He could not provide this. He then called his 'boss' and spoke in another language with aggressive hand gestures. His boss then called me in return and rudely asked what the problem was. I told him I had no confidence in their service and would not be handing my keys over, which they were not happy about. It ended with me having to leave my car on the short stay carpark 6 and paying the £60 per day fee. I'm currently in Croatia reading everyone's reviews and am horrified at the comments and the near miss I had with this company. I will be reporting to trading standards.
To everyone else, do not leave your vehicles with these people. They are random strangers cashing in on people's trust.

Unfortunately can't give no stars

Unfortunately can't give no stars! We parked and 30 mins later the car got a ticket in the local macdonalds! Didn't realise in the small print it said we will use your car for breakfast!! 2 mths on and we are still fighting the ticket and no refund or anything as a good will gesture! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Avoid using these at all costs

What looked like a good value option when initially booking started was not all it seemed. On arrival we had trouble finding a parking space in the assigned delivery area , then we were unable to find anyone to hand over keys to. Eventually found a woman hiding behind a board who showed little to no interest except to request £6 to cover the parking charge. By chance I had noticed this charge in the small print , which stated £5. So the overall costs had now increased by £12.

On return we called and car arrived in about 30 minutes which was acceptable. Driver handed over keys and parking entry ticket. We then expected to pay another £6 to get through exit barrier. NO £240. It appears they tailgated on initial exit to avoid paying the £6 charge.

The number on form for complaints doesn't exist.

Can't prove theft but coins left in car were also missing and we were sure they were there when we handed car over.

PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS

If I could rate nothing I seriously would. Please DO NOT leave your vehicle in the hands of these criminals. Collected our vehicle today from Gatwick with damage to the rear bumper and the car completely ransacked with items stolen. Called to make a complaint, but the company don’t care. Reported thefts to the police, but doubt we will get a response. These companies need to be regulated. These people are the scum!!

Just read an Article about this criminal company in the daily mail and just want to warn others. This company is not legit and cause heart ache and pain. Do not use. Luckily I read the article before I booked.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY - they lost my keys. I had to take an UBER home and then negotiate to collect my car on another day. It cost me £360 to get my own car back. They use your car while it is left with them. They do not answer the phone or respond to any queries. They are a complete scam and it is disgusting that compare parking deals promote them. I have reported them to watchdog and trading standards.
