Drumshack were very helpful from start to finish with getting a drum kit for my son. He wanted a specific kit which wasn't in stock and they were great at chasing the supplier and keeping me updated with expected delivery. Very kind and helpful thanks

Service was great, placed my order, but unfortunately the cymbals were out of stock, but drumshack were in contact quickly to let me know, and gave me an estimated time for the supplier to have them again and kept me informed. cymbals arrived perfect, well packaged. 100%will use again

Placed an order over the weekend and got the confirmation.
No despatch notification on Monday so got in contact earlier today.
The item I ordered was not in stock. No indication of this online and no communication that this was the case.
I've had to cancel my order and shop with a competitor.
This is the 2nd order I've placed that that the item hasn't been in stock.
I've seen other reviews that with online stock this seems to be a reoccurring thing.

Might be a good idea for Drumshack to look into this issue and get accurate stock levels for their online store. Preventing unhappy customers and bad reviews...

It's tough to find music shops that can offer great service and products. I have bought twice from drum shack and both times the items were well priced, actually in stock rather than apparently in stock but actually shipped from the wholesaler and arrived in perfect condition.

Drum Shack in Battersea is often described and quite rightly so, as an Aladdin's Cave for drummers. If they haven't got it, they can get it but wow! they do have a lot of everything. From vintage kits through to new ones, cymbals to suit every player and budget and more accessories than a drummer can shake a stick at! The service they provide in store is exceptional, a shop run by drummers for drummers. Their mail order service is second to none. Something that I alway say about any business is that their greatest asset is their staff, and the staff here are helpful and have a wealth of knowledge and understand your needs as a customer and drummer. If you are a day one beginner or a seasoned pro, Drum Shack is the place to go for all your drumming needs!! Brian B

The product was not immediately stock and this is not always apparent when ordering. That said, they were in direct contact following the order and it did come fairly promptly (in about a week). Can't go wrong with Tama and I like to support UK shops like Drumshack who make the world a better place for us drummers!

Needed a Tune Bot Studio asap Drumshack wss the only place offering next day delivery (Quicker than Amazon) saved my set at the live album recording! 10/10 reccomend
