Helpful and quick delivery

Drumshack was helpful in responding to a query around the silencer drum pads I had and their suitability to an already purchased drum kit. The package arrived very quickly at a busy time of year, shortly before Christmas and it was a very well received present for my teenage son!

Great communication

Had a chat with the team at drum shack and they were able to advise me on what pedal best suited me and I'm totally stoked with their recommendation. Dispatch was as expected and I'll definitely be shopping with them again. Thanks guys really appreciate the service from Drumshack👍👍

Friendly staff

The item that I ordered online was not in stock. Had good communication from staff regarding this, especially as I appreciate they are not office based. Very friendly.

Top customer service

Top customer service! One of the items I ordered was temporarily out of stock but I received a phone call advising me of the situation and offering an alternative. My order was delivered the following day

They say it’s in stock when it’s not quite a lot

Needed a drum kit within 5 days, saw there 1-3 day delivery. Said the kit was in stock.
Lo and behold they wasn’t going to have it until end of March, think they just wanted the £1.8k in their bank.
Second time this has happened to me through drum shack and another order for my partner.

Can’t order another as I have to wait 5 days for my deposit to come back to me, meaning I can no longer hit the deadline for the kit and miss out an amazing opportunity.

Will never buy from them again so be warned. Reading their reviews from multiple sites this happens all the time. Working in ecommerce myself I understand mistakes happen but this feels like being blatantly ripped off…

Edit: Since they have replied it still says this kit I ordered is in stock, despite it not being in stock till March. So by being ripped off, I mean you fully well knowing you don’t have this kit so you can try and sell a different kit and get the sale… regardless whether you get the money upfront. Also saying “a small deposit”… absolutely ridiculous, it’s a £2k drum kit and musicians aren’t know to be wealthy. 😂 honestly, instead of taking accountability they respond with that rubbish 😂 AVOID

As with any business, things can go wrong; however, we always aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by this item being temporarily out of stock and regret any frustration this may have caused.
We do carry large stocks of gear however, some popular items can become oversold, particularly during the festive period.
When your order was placed, our distributor was temporarily closed over the Christmas break, which contributed to the delay in confirming availability.
We were surprised by the suggestion that this situation amounted to being “ripped off.” The order was placed using a finance agreement with a small deposit , but under the finance provider’s process, we do not receive any funds unless and until goods are released and dispatched. As no goods were supplied, no payment was made to us and no financial loss was incurred.
As a business trading for over 30 years, we strictly adhere to all retail and finance protocols, and any suggestion otherwise is not supported by the facts.
We currently maintain an average Trustpilot score of 4.8 from over 3,900 reviews rated “Excellent.”

Great experience.

No issues. Speedy delivery. Kit exactly as described. I will use them again. Companies are only truly tested for customer service when something goes wrong but there was nothing that made me wary of having to deal with them if things didn’t go to plan on a future order.

The product was not in stock

The product was not in stock, but i was contacted immediately to be informed of that fact, not left wondering when it would arrive. The person i spoke with was helpful and informative, which is always helpful. Great customer service.

Sell items that aren't in stock and don't let you know

Second time I have ordered from here. 1 st time was Oct 2024, ordered a cymbal that was shown as in stock, 1 week later still no shipping. Called and was told not in stock and needed to be ordered from supplier and would take 1 month. Canceled my order. Came back Dec 2025 to give them another chance, ordered a double bass pedal, shown as in stock. EXACTLY the same scenario, no shipping for 1 week, called 'em and was told item not in stock and would not be available for another month. What would have happened if I had never called?? Avoid.
