I am really disappointed

I am really disappointed. I bought some chair covers last summer for over 350 euros and after multiple emails to them they finally told me they could not get any more stock and would issue a refund. My last email to them was on the 29/02/2020 and they still have not issued a refund.
I RECEIVED A REPLY THROUGH TRUSTPILOT OFFERING TO HELP AND ASKING ME TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHICH I DID AND GUESS WHAT....NO RESPONSE ...

Dreadful

I placed an order in December for a birthday gift which has still yet to arrive four months later, and after receiving a string of varying excuses and failure to issue a refund, the company have stopped responding to my messages. Appalling service on all counts.

Scammers!!!!

Do not order anything from this company, they take your money and don’t send your order we ordered in September -19 now they are using Corona as an excuse!!!! Since September!!!!! SCAMMERS !!!!!
And now contacting my boyfriend but still no money back and no order here
SCAMMERS ! Im telling you DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS !!!
Asking for PayPal , banknumbers swish and still no money
They will only take your money do not order anything from them !!!
Save your money now in corona times !!!!

So now it’s July and I contacted them they promised to give us our money back instead they blocked me on all their social media so now I’m going to make police rapport

I have waited since Jan 7th for a…

I have waited since Jan 7th for a delivery. No order confirmation. I have asked them to cancel my order but I keep getting the same answer, your order will be delivered xx date (they’ve changed the date twice). I think they are automatic answers. I am suspecting that I have been cheated.

Incredible delays on a product they claim is in stock.

I ordered a product on February 16 that the DYH website said was in stock. I received no order verification email, but lucky for me I took a screenshot of the page showing my order number. I contacted their support on February 19, since I still hadn't heard from them, and got to hear that my product would arrive on March 3, and that the delay was due to high demand for this product. That date came and went, still with no order verification email or shipping confirmation. I reached out to their customer support again, who now (on March 5) claim that they are preparing my order for shipping and that it will arrive on March 28, a full 23 days from now (and almost 6 weeks from the order date). Either this is the slowest transport from Berlin to Stockholm in history, or they're just giving me baseless promises again.

Meanwhile, their website still lists the product as in stock, although it clearly hasn't been in stock since February 16, if not longer. It even promotes this product as being on sale ("LIMITED TIME ONLY!")

I've still never received any kind of order confirmation email, the kind of thing that I expect (and receive) from every other online retailer. Their only communication towards me has been responding to my email and queries on their customer support site, and that has taken them at least 24 hours each time I've contacted them.

I've asked them to instead refund my money, and have opened a case with PayPal to reverse the charge.

Warning

Waited for 2, 5 months for my item, which was in stock.
Worst of all, customer service does not respond to mail and I feel totally cheated.
Must be a scam company.
WARNING, Do not shop from there.

Waited longer then expected but it payed of.
Customer support was responsive when asked for delivery date etc.
So 4 of 5 stars
Only thing i think could im improve is the delivery time.

Don’t buy anything from dyh.com

I don’t recommend this website for any purchase at all. Order in « processing » status for over a month when they say « standard delivery time ». 5 cases opened at their (so called) support service and no one bother answering. RUN AWAY GUYS and buy your furniture from a real professional website!

Do not but from DYH

I made a purchase more than a month ago, still havn't received anything. It is impossible to communicate with their customer service. They don't reply and delete your tickets. This is the worst company I ever any purchase of.

Poorest Customer Service Ever

Like everyone (check here under Roomox rating) I ordered beginning of January 2018 3 x ROOMOX XXL beanbag but then on January 5th I sent an order cancellation request which stills not being processed, no information - simply SILENCE but my account has been of course debited!
I contacted DESIGN YOUR HOME HOLDING AB and Design Your Home (DYH) since the brand ROOMOX™ belongs to, but of course no answer - All my emails (tickets) sent to the different entities are only listed under the same application dyhltd.kayako.com without being processed till today.
It is the first and the last time that I am ordering from any of this
brands: Design Your Home, ROOMOX™, Brooklyn Loft, Modern Interior,
Luxurious and Scandinavian Interior as they have the poorest Customer
Service. On top of that, Design Your Home (DYH) is having an offer to rent furniture! with such poor inexistent customer service, it is simply madness to allow this company to have access to your bank account on regular basis. And if there is no stock Roomox, DYH (valid also for the other brands) should simply not keep selling what they do not have especially with a FAKE limited discount that never ends !!!!! Recommendations : STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE BRAND same customer service philosophy!

Delayed delivery, 1/2 year to get a refund, meaningless phone calls with the company

I ordered three items – chairs and two tables. Chairs arrived fast, but smelled very toxic. Since I have a small child at home, I asked for refund. It took months of email exchange and meaningless phone calls to nearly force them to take the chairs back. DYH refused to collect the items for free and only after my negative tweets (and because of the other items not delivered on time) they have agreed to collect the chairs. The refund for the chairs was made half a year after the purchase.
The tables arrived about two months after the purchase. They were not sent for delivery because they "had problems with the delivery company and were in the process of changing the service provider". When claimed to be sent for delivery, the company refused to trace the orders. At multiple occasions I received an answer that "they are on their way" and "you can call the shipping company myself". However, I had no tracking number to use.
When the tables eventually arrived, one of the tables did not have the legs. Again, DYH refused to help out. They claimed they have sent everything. In a few days the delivery company has brought a semi-damaged package.
I am please with the tables very much, but the overall experience. I will never recommend anyone to buy stuff there, and/or would ever buy anything myself.
