A fantastic service from the lovely lady whom asked us a convenient time to attend to our problem.Time agreed and an uplifting, delightful call from engineer Jimmy saying he was on his way. On arrival opened the door to The Most Loviest Man:- JIMMY!!! Caring and understanding around our toilet issues and an all round great bloke. The whole team were quite frankly amazing. They were prompt, knowledgeable, sympathetic and gave us some excellent advice. What a 💩 show I simply called them to ask information about a job they attended at my premises. They where sent by housing association.
My housing where denying they came, so I decide let's see whom is not being true fully.
I got what I will now call a unhinged female possibly going through menopause or just having a not sure what, any how, I explained situation to said menopausal women, she kept talking over me wouldn't let me finish. FINALY I EXPLAINED. BUT things took a 360. She said I was shouting I have partial hearing in 1 ear, But whom is she to judge. She went what I call ON 1. said she will put down phone etc. In all my confusion, as to what is all this about I did not appreciate said hormonal lady going on 1 so I very polite told her she is unhinged whom does she thinks she is talking to and promptly told her what I thought and disconnected call, This was liverpool branch RUDE UNHINGED RECEPTIONIST. I will be popping in to their office to speak to her manager. I tried to call back to complain BUT TO MY SHOCK SHE WAS DISCONNECTING MY CALLS ... I can't understand why... I give up in this world today.. alot of ppl unhinged. Dyno rod you are FULL OF 💩💩💩

The Engineer, Elliot was on time and fixed my issue efficiently and effectively.
Very polite and knowledgeable.

They arrived on time, did a good job. They were able to provide advice on future services (annual maintenance).
Price was clearly explained before they arrived and was a reasonable cost.
I will be using their services for ongoing regular annual maintenance on the basis of how this job went.
Partial blockage in waste outlet causing water to back up and come out the a different waste pipe (washing machine waste).
1st visit dyno rod used the vax to suck out water and a few stones. I said the sink was still gurgling so I didn’t think it was fixed. Dyno rod person said he couldn’t do anymore unless there was access to my main sewer drain. So he left and I paid 195.00 with no guarantee of works. Fair enough, the problem was not fixed so I removed my wooden flooring covering the main sewer drain and called them back to visit again. Same person came back, Cameras used no blockage in sewer drain. I was told I would need to have the concrete floor dug up as it was probably a broken / displaced joint. The person said he would inform the office and they would arrange a quote. I paid another 195.00 and waited for the quote. Instead of a quote I received 3 dyno rod workers, 2 new ones and the original person. So the new ones diagnosed the problem as being in the area looked at on the 1st visit they used the snake and brute force and was fixed, great I can finally use my washing machine. Off they went without asking for money which I thought was right as it should have been fixed on the first visit, even the new dyno rod person said that. So imagine my anger at receiving a phone call an hour later to request another 195. So not only have I paid 600.00 for the 3 visits but I have to pay for a new floor too. I feel aggrieved at paying for a persons lack of experience so I suppose my view is you can’t have confidence in the person you are getting and you pay and pay with no recourse to get a solution. I don’t feel I should have been charged for the final visit and I told the person on the phone so, but he just said I will feed that back. I assume there are so many customers needing their services that a few 1 stars won’t make a difference. I would assume they will leave some plausible excuse in reply to this review but you customers can make up your own minds as to whether you too would be aggrieved at this situation.
Matt returned to complete the works on our soil pipe yesterday, having originally diagnosed the issue on Sunday. We were really pleased to see a friendly face returning to complete the job, which he completed quickly and efficiently. Matt went out of his way to ensue that our job was completed quickly, sorting out the tooling required and coming back to sort the job himself late in the working day.
Thanks again Matt for the excellent work! Really pleased with the service.
Ed Rowland did an excellent job on the power flush. Very professional and a pleasure to have around the house. Good communications throughout.

Dyno need to improved their communications efficiently & effectively. It is stressful enough to have plumbing problems & to have lack of good communication, long waiting time, even when it was booked ahead of time and no human to take your call, it is indeed very frustrating.
Having said all this, the engineer who came to the rescue today, his name is Sandesh. I would give him 10 stars for doing an excellent job. He fixed the problem . He worked professionally & with respect.
