I’m still waiting fir a reply after 2 emails with images of my easy up which literally fell apart on the first use. 2 legs snapped and the whole thing felt cheap compared to my previous easy up which lasted over 10 years. No response from company not even an acknowledgment.

I brought a Gazebo (Easy Gazebo Carnival T7 Pro) around 8 months ago, it looked and felt to be very good quality but soon after (around 3 months, of twice weekly use) the leg was bent. I managed to repair it myself by planeing a piece of timber and slotting it in the hollow of the leg to provide stability. The seams on the canopy have also come apart and when I tried to buy a replacement canopy this morning I was told rather bluntly that they dont sell spare parts (although when i brought the gazebo it was advertised as all parts fully replaceable) and that I would have to contact a different company that might or might not have a canopy. All in all, I'm very disappointed with the after sales service and EXTREMELY disappointed in a product that was described as Heavy Duty but is definitely not.

Fast delivery and great gazebo. There’s a handy YouTube video that’s really easy to follow making it a breeze to put up. Speaking of breeze the gazebo is currently standing strong against some mighty gusts.

The finished Gazebo is exactly as described. It is perfect for the position that we wanted it for, the one slight criticism that I have was that it was quite difficult to erect and not as easy as the "Professional" who demonstrated it in the video.
