Hi there very disappointed with your telephone girl having spent the best part of £500 on two gazebos being told you don’t provide pegs to hold down the legs which have holes in why do you put holes and not provide pegs It’s a con even though people think they are great you are cheating people

I bought a easygazbo m7 last year in August 2020 add it two weeks and the stitching came undone around air vents they did replace it with in a week never put up new one till July 2020 this year And the same thing is happening and the sides of roof cover is coming apart I've phoned and explained what as happened and they said the warranty is only six-months we have a disabled child I've explained the reason is to keep the sun of her as she burns so easy with the sun I only bought it as they say on there web page its sturdy and strong an long lasting and can be out in all weather's and they are not cheap and can be used for market stalls would not recommend any body using for business use as it's obvious it can't stand ordinary garden use I'm so disappointed in easygazbo

A good quality product that was delivered quickly. Only slight hiccup with the instructions to construct. They could be more explicit although once conquered and you understand the importance of the sequence it is easy to complete. Definitely recommend purchase.

We were amazed at how quickly the gazebo arrived (2 days later). It is a quality product and worth the extra money (compared to cheaper products). In the past we've bought cheap gazebos and with this product you can definitely tell the difference. The frame is more solid/sturdy and the material is really substantial and feels almost like it's plastic coated. You definitely need 2 people to put it up.

Love the Gazebo, was just a bit more difficult to erect than we expected.

Item was dispatched and arrived within the week.
As a non paying VAT customer (channel Islands) I would have preferred the tax to be taken off the cost, however have had to send a request for a refund.
