Went to Edgeriders last Saturday for replacement parts for my knackered K2 Bindings and to my amazement was supplied in less that 2 minutes with parts for 2011 vintage bindings. I had thought the bindings were good for the bin, and fully expected that the parts wouldn't be available.

Originally found them because they had the lowest prices and ordered from their Amazon store. There was a slight mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to correct it. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them to others.

The customer service at EdgeRiders is fantastic. I am a big fan of Apple's customer service and often wish that UK companies could provide customer service as good, after all,it ensures happy customers who will return and recommend when they get good service. EdgeRiders are as good. Without any hassle, they organised a a pick-up and replacement for an item I had ordered. So quick, easy and pain free. Well done EdgeRiders. I will DEFINITELY use them again.

Absolutely bowled over with the customer service! I wanted to get my snowboard binding replaced on warrenty and they made the whole process really easy and stress free! The customer service was brilliant, there was a probably with my order being out of stock so they provided me with an alternative with no extra cost - they even rebooked it on a next day delivery for me

Absolutely top customer service from Charlie and the EdgeRiders team. I bought a set of bindings from you a few years ago. After a few seasons the toe strap has broken (normal wear and tear). I got back in contact with them and they've managed to find a replacement part for me for no charge. Throughout the process they've been easy to communicate with and extremely helpful.

I was really impressed with Edge Riders customer service. I had an issue with he type of board that would suit my riding style so Charlie talked me through it without ever pressing me to buy from Edge Riders. He was very helpful throughout and maintained a great level of proactive communication.

Can't rate these guys enough! Took me ages to decide on a set of Goggles for the 2016 season, these guys were bang on price and the product was immaculate! Recived a gift with the product and also a £50 wine voucher! Present was for a girl really but it's the thought that counts... Wine is the dogs however and much appreciated!! Already about to place another order!!!

i have done quite alot of looking around for skate and snowboarding gear, this shop is the one you want to buy from. firstly the website is professional and easy to use. secondly, delivery is great. estimated delivery was on time and fast!. thirdly customer service is the best you'll find!

Very happy with my buying experience from EdgeRiders. Not the first time I've bought from them and definitely won't be the last.

I've been a customer at Edgeriders for over ten years now and the service is always awesome, the guys in the shop have a lot of great knowledge and advice and they always have what I'm looking for at the best price I can find.

I ordered a pair of snowboard bindings on the Wednesday. On the Thursday, I got a phone call and email saying they didn't have the colourway I ordered. I chose a new pair and it was dispatched. Received them the next day (Friday).
100% recommended, really good customer service and the prices are really competitive too. I'll definitely be coming back.

Having been informed that the store was more expensive than most I was really pleased to see that Edgeriders price matches the competition and gives you a £5 voucher for your trouble! Was able to price match and pick up my new snowboard the next day, much easier than waiting in for the postman! Charlie responded to my emails even after store closing times and was so helpful when I decided to try on what seemed to be the entire stock of female snowboard boots. He's very knowledgable and helpful and really made me feel valued. Would highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you :)

I can honestly say that I just don't bother looking anywhere else anymore either on the internet or high street for either snowboarding gear and/or kite surfing equipment. I buy online at Edgeriders or I visit the shop, eitherway it's always competitive on price, excellent selection of quality gear, and as for the the service (mostly by Charlie) it's always great too, nothing is ever too much trouble. No need to go elswhere.

Can't recommend this place enough.

I was given a £15 voucher to spend at this website and the whole experience was a disappointment. The website appears to be quite flashy but is actually quite confusing and it can be difficult to find what you want. For example, if you want to find a t-shirt then you need to go to apparel then click on 'shirts' with a picture of a button up shirt.
I found the range of stock limited and it was difficult to find something I wanted that wasn't too expensive. Not many bargains on here. The only thing I could find was £3 more than my voucher and with the postage I had to pay I ended up having to pay over £6 for something I wasn't that bothered about or forget about the vouchers.
I know i seem quite negative as the website really isn't terible but it was a fairly disappointing experience.
