I have found EdgeRiders, especially Charlie, to be very helpful.
Everything I have ordered/ asked for has turned up, I have even had replacement parts for my bindings sent to Austria when I've trashed them while away!!
EdgeRiders know their products and give great advice.
Charlie is the man for solving a problem too!
I am happy to recommend them and use them again.

Have used these guys for years as they are knowledgable, friendly and offer great value.

After buying a pair of bindings for my 7yo son and speaking with Charlie about them he guided me to the ones I needed. Unfortunately a few months later the straps on the bindings broke and Charlie took it upon himself to help resolve the issue.
I would most definitely recommend using them for all your snowboarding needs and if you can get the expert advice from Charlie I'd recommend that too :-) that guy needs a pay rise lol.

I would just like to pass on a big thank you to Charlie who was a massive help in shipping my order out to an alternative address to ensure I had my new jacket on my holiday. Thank you SO much for your care and assistance throughout my whole order. In the past year I have purchased multiple items from the Edgeriders site, the range is fantastic and the team is well helpful when I email a query or if I call the store. There are always great deals on hardware and softgoods on the site. I am a firm believer the correct gear can make your day more enjoyable even if it does not make me more brave or competent, I will be returning to shop again soon when the new season gear arrives in store. Recommended!

Purchased a mystic wetsuit online, item was well packed and delivered quickly. The price was very good as well!

I couldn't find the snowboard i wanted anywhere in the world, until i came across edgeriders.com, not only did i find the board i wanted but a perfect set of bindings to match my board, great international freight charges and even better over all prices, but the best thing was the time my board took to get from UK to Australia (6 days), im going shopping again right now.

I bought a dake kite harness in summer 2014 which had a design issue, sent pics to charlie at edgeriders who sorted it with dakine to get a replacement but as a replacement would do the same charlie suggested keeping the 2014 harness and waiting for the 2015 version to come out, received the 2015 harness today and all the design floors are sorted so very happy and amazed at the service from edgeriders!

I have been shopping at Edgeriders for many years. They have a really impressive range of equipment and clothing to suit a variety of leisure activities. If it's ski or snowboarding you are into then you must check out the gear they have on offer and the expert advice that goes hand in hand is very useful.
They also have a great range of watersports equipment and clothing and are always my 1st choice for advice when I need to replace my current kit. I am so lucky that I have this store in my local area, however if I lived further away I would definitely make use of their comprehensive website and delivery options. Quality staff, keep up the good work!

The advice EDGERIDERS gave me was honest, frank and very helpful.
I went with a view of buying a particular board and bindings set up but after some advice and lots of patience came away with something more suitable to my style of riding.
Really happy with my purchase and would recommend Edgeriders to anyone, whatever your sport and experience.
