Panier rack clips

Gift Voucher Redemption
I was given a gift voucher as a Father's day present. Tried to purchase an item on line, but there is no options to use the voucher. Contacted the company and was told add the voucher reference in the free text during ordering and the value of the voucher would credited against the total amount. Fair to say it wasn't and I was charged the full amount.

Hi Peter, thank you for your review. As explained no payment was taken, your bank sidelines the full amount up until we dispatch your goods at that point we only take the balance for your order. Your order was processed yesterday and your voucher used with the lower balance taken from your card payment. Your bank should release the balance in the next couple of days (varies bank to bank)
