Digital disappointment
Took ages for a reply. Asked twice if my size could be changed only to be told not in stock now and not on back order.
Ended up going to eBay and got better option for less. Loved using Bike Coop when I lived in Edinburgh but customer experience on digital front is woeful.

We do apologise, we carry limited stock of footwear and couldn't source a suitable replacement for you in time.
Actually hold inventory to be able to help customers.
I had an issue with my bike and it required a particular bike part and they understood the issue and had the parts I needed in stock. I have gone to a couple of bike shops and their advice to me was to look on amazon. What's the point of having a physical store. Luckily Edinburgh Cycles does. As for the others, I would not visit them again as they are no longer bike specialists, just a front to sell online.

Excellent Customer Service
I had a problem with a part that I had ordered which could not be fitted by me, but was not the shop's fault. The manager, and the other staff I dealt with were always friendly and courteous. A pleasure to deal with.

Failed to complete deal before asking for a review
I ordered a tyre to be collected in the shop. There was a delay in it being available and I am yet to be informed that the tyre is ready for collection. Nevertheless I have had several requests to review the service/ product.
