Great customer service

I bought and electric bike from Edinburgh Bicycle Co-op and I'm very happy. Great customer service, and the bike was easy to put together. Highly recommend.

Great service.

Purchased a cycle to be delivered and apart from a great deal the communication and delivery was great.

The cycle was packed well and took me no time to make it rideable.

Great service.

Went in to get my bike looked at and…

Went in to get my bike looked at and straight away I felt was very welcome to the store. Explained the problem with Scott and he looked at it and fixed it for me and spoken through the process of what he was doing and to be honest with anyone who would like to get there bike fixed then I would highly recommend that you go there. Ask for SCOTT. Great guy and thanks for the quick fix of my bike. GUY WHO COME WITH CARRERA BLACK BIKE. HALF HOUR AGO. APPRECIATE YOUR HELP. WELL DONE

In the end good.

In the end excellent. But delivery was delayed because by the time the item was ready from the warehouse the pre-authorisation on my card had passed. I then had to wait 20 minutes on the phone to get this sorted. When I finally got through on the second attempt all went great. So a mixed experience. Would use Edinburgh again.
