I ordered a tech bundle at Christmas for my son I am still waiting I tried ringing their office but there is no such number they said they say that they delivered it left on doorstep both me and my husband are disabled we don’t go anywhere if they left it on the porch like they said it wasn’t mine I don’t have a porch why on earth can they rip people off I was really excited to see what would be in the book for my son spoiled Christmas

Terrible customer serice getting…

Terrible customer serice getting anything from them is just throwing your money away.A couple of months ago I bought an iphone with a one year warrentry and then the home button stops working they said reset the phone and we will give you the phone number for return after I did what they said they gave me a fake phone number and now after days of trying to contact them theyre website is gone!!

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD

TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered a jacket that never came and the customer service is terrible!! I tried to contact them but they don't reply on any of my emails, and they don't even have a phone number to call.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I have reported it to the police.

I bought an iPhone 5c which was faulty on arrival. Returned it to them as it was "under warranty" for them to claim it was water damaged!!
Money lost on a faulty phone.

Just throw your money away

An Iphone which lasted a liitle more than a year is fully wothless.
The purchase date was a week over a year so no warranty and there is no way of getting any service at all.
Just throw it in the bin.
After an email conversation and the impression that the problem would be solved they just bailed out and stopped communicating.
No live website, no contact details..Nothing.
Never again!!!
Groupon, who was the seller of the Iphone should have done their homework better and choose for a more thrustworthy partner.
They should be rated with less than one star!

Con merchants no contact details for customers to contact merchants direct when they specify contact them if you have any problems I have spent £208 o. Mattress I have not received or had any contact from seller nor have woucher done anything to help rip off I will be taking g this up with traiding standards and PayPal stay clear

bought USB flash drives

bought USB flash drives, was on Pigsback.com good price to be true but as payed with PayPal, took risk... Crap total crap !!! Non working both of it, cheep China made drives... I do not understand, why to manufacture so low quality items?... They refunded me so no problem for that part... other time bought micro SD card, again good size good price to be true... CRAP AGAIN !!! Had to email them for refund few times.. Simply waste of time...

The drone arrived 2 months late and did …

The drone arrived 2 months late and did not work. It was returned to them but has conveniently been "lost in the post" (read the reviews - this happens A LOT). Unfortunately my father did not retain his proof of postage: so no refund and no replacement.

They do have our parcel. They are very dishonest, cheating people out of their goods like this. It is so very sad that they conduct their business in this way, and astonishing that they get away with it.

TERRIBLE COMPANY

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!
I ordered a coat from this company in December 2016. Unfortunately the delivery driver from Yodel put my coat in the bin which in turn ended up being emptied my the dustbin men before i got back from work. I emailed the company informing them of the mistake and the fact that i had not recieved my coat. They told me to send them my delivery reciept which i did. Long story short, It is now April 2017 and after hundreds of threatening emais from me to go to the ombudsmen i have still not got my refund or a coat. The company just keep telling me that they are still in discussions with Yodel. I know that the law states that the company has to refund me then claim back their losses from the delivery company. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

DO NOT USE!

Used WOWCHER to get some flipflops - size 7 Oct 2016. They sent size 5. They had run out of stock. Won't pay for postage to be returned and told me to send 2nd class. Conveniently, they don't have them. Despite an email in Dec saying they are sending out a new pair. Continuously get "please send barcode" of the parcel.
They have admitted fault.
I have done everything they asked.
I am £15 out of pocket.

Disgraceful - Should close down.

I purchased a jacket off of this website on the 25th of November 2016 as a Christmas present. The delivery said it would take 8 days. 8 days later, nothing came. I emailed them and they said I didn't provide a shipping address which was absolutely false as I had thoroughly reviewed the order before finally purchasing. After over 50 e-mails later from me, the unhelpful customer service said they'd send a replacement which was never delivered. Finally at the beginning of February 2017, I received the long awaiting package but to my dismay it didn't fit and had to send it back and work from square one again and I'm still waiting for this package to come. Absolutely furious with this company. Absolute joke! They even also said that they wouldn't refund me unless I sent the packages, which hadn't even been delivered, back straight away and who knows how long it will take for my money to come back.

Disgrace

I ordered a coat through wowcher in September 2016. It never arrived after a month of waiting and I also needed to change my delivery address as I had moved house.

Obviously I don't expect to be waiting over a month for an item as wowcher services are usually quite punctual. After contacting EFMall numerous times requesting a refund I have received constant excuses as to why I can't get my money back. Its's been nearly half a year now and still no sign of my money!

Never use this company it is a horrific experience.

redemption website does not work.

I bought two 32GB USB metal flash memory sticks from EF Mall, through living social.

EF Mall redemption website does not work at all. After inputting my two voucher codes through their website, it shows that all goods are sold out. Therefore the website refuses me to redeem my two vourchers.

EFMALL used all the excuses to refuse to redeem my voucher. Neither they call me back nor give me their customer service number.

Here is their first email from Customer Service. I followed their instructions and sent them my two voucher PDFs.


Dear customer,

Thanks for your email,

I'm sorry that we can not find your order in our system with your redemption code or email address,so we dont't know what's happen with your parcel.

Could you please send the screenshots of the order to us so that we can further help you. You can attach screenshots when you reply to the email.

Any problems please seek help from the website you have bought the item from.

Their second email is extremely rude and irresponsible. They do not care at all I cannot redeem my two vouchers and blame living social.
I do not understand why living social accept and partner with such a doggy company and poor service. I believe this trading behaviour is fraud.

Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 dash cams from them via wowcher at the end of last year, both turned up faulty. Tried to email them but it wouldn't go through. After several conversations with wowcher finally got through but they wouldn't refund only replace. Finally got replacement in Feb but realised I had sent back things that didn't come with cameras and asked them to send them back to me but mysteriously they haven't got them! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Emails written in bad English and always come through in early hours which makes me think the person on the email is not in the UK.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Terrible company! Purchased item through Woucher 7th December for Christmas present. Item never arrived. Item never arrived despite Woucher requesting a refund for me! Woucher eventually refunded my money based on the fact that EFMall would not! NON Delivered Christmas Item

I rec an email from Yodel on 14 Dec stating they had delivered my parcel - I called them direct to inform them they had not! She said she would investigate and then told me the driver left it in my porch! I do not have a porch - I have in the meantime chased EFMall as I purchased this item through them - (they originally told me to deal with Yodel and Yodel told me to deal with them (LOL what a right pair of idiotic companies - they cannot even get their stories straight))EFMall then told me they would investigate but for me to complete paperwork to confirm I had not received Item. This I did. They then sent me the same paperwork 3 weeks down the line to complete and said they were still looking into it. I informed them they already have the completed paperwork!!

Today I received the following email "After confirmation from YODEL,we can not offer you a refund for this order " - with absolutely no explanation as to why they cannot offer me a refund - what a bunch of thieving so and so's this company is - watch this space! Why are we, as customers allowing these people to steal our money??

OMG I think they have school children under 5 replying to correspondence, !!!!!!!!
