I wish I had read the reviews before placing my orders. I bought 2 coats for my wife, when they arrived, they were Very Poor quality and small for the size ordered, I've sent 4 Emails to ef mall to get the required codes for returns, "the post master" says their server is down, so no joy there, I've even tried claiming from the credit card I used, no joy there either.. £50 is a lot to pay for rubbish nobody wants......
I waited 6 weeks for a coat which I bought through wowcher, I contacted ef mall who never got back to any emails when I called the phone it just had the engaged tone!
I finally complained to wowcher, then the company got back to me saying the item had been lost in the post and gave me a tracking number, so I called Royal Mail with my reference number they told me the item had only been posted the following day, they lied I had no communication which was really frustrating! When I finally got my coat it looked nothing like the picture the colour was horrible and was nothing like I expected!
When buying through wowcher be careful that your item is not from this company!
You will not get your item and spend most your days trying to get communication!

Oredered a jacket, a Christmas gift on November 29th. Still nothing has despite the assurance of a 7 day delivery date. I have emailed 4 times and recieved what appear to be poorly written, general email responses assuring me my item will " arrive soon" . At 3.30 am Boxing day morning I recieved a tracking number, which An post do not recognise ...
I am disgusted at the terrible unprofessional customer service. Perversly I am looking forward to the item arriving to see if the quality matches. I have no expectations.
I feel this is a company based probably in Asia which is using a cover address in Cardiff simply because of the time replies to my emails have been sent - always between 1-4 am and postage delay. It would be interesting to do a drive by if theres anyone who lives close to Cardiff and see if this company really exsists or is a front.
Avoid it , its a scam.

Same story, if only I had read the reviews first. I had ordered a mermaid blanket for my daughter who had asked for one from Santa. Order was placed at the beginning of December. I have received an email stating that it's been sent which is obviously a lie! I've now got to head into the city centre on Christmas Eve to try and track one down from a more reputable shop! I'm so angry and disappointed!!!!

I ordered 3 shark fin tail blankets via Wowcher from Efmall. Only one arrived after 2 weeks. I attempted to call and email Efmall on Wowcher's advice. I have had no reply. Shocking company. It is Xmas in 2 days and I have presents missing. Don't buy from this company, unless you are happy to give your money away.
I am now going to have to take this case up with Wowcher, who need to accept some responsibility surely?

Ordered early November - didnt turn up. Contacted them and they said they had sent it but would send another - didnt turn up. contacted them again and they said it was definitely sent so they would send another - hasnt turned up. Contacted them and was given a tracking number for Yodel - on checking Yodel it says item still with SENDER and will be delivered TODAY! Dont give this company your money - they have £12 of my money but so near Christmas they probably have £12 from so many people that they rely on people losing only £12 but they gain so much more. Bunch of crooks!

I ordered iPhone 6 (64 GB) refurbished through the Groupon.de.
It's a pity that I did not read the reviews beforehand. But I thought that Groupon chose partners carefully .
The order was made by me on October 20. Unfortunately, instead of 10 working days, the delivery lasted a month. The iphone was delivered only 18/11/16. And my order was sent only after I wrote an e-mail.
I warned in the letter that I was leaving Germany. And I'd like to get the money back, if the order had not yet been sent.
However, instead of money, they sent me iPhone. Of course, he was delivered, when I left already Germany.
Yesterday I arrived back to Germany and finally got my iPhone. And ..... It is OMG ((((((((.
It is in a very poor state.
It looks as if it is not refurbished , but was used and then immediately sold.
The phone looks horrible. And on the screen there is a defect.
Today I wrote about this in support and I am waiting for answer. I want to get a replacement iPhone in good condition. Without defects. Or I want to get my money back. This is the preferred option. Especially after all reviews that I read.
So, I'm waiting for the answer with the proposal how to solve this problem. As soon as I know the result , I will write.
UPD I would like to note that support responds very quickly. And very helpful !!!

same as other reviewers... ordered a drone cam via wowcher to be delivered in time for Christmas... 2 weeks later still nothing and no dispatched email, contacted merchant with no reply, had to send 3 emails to wowcher to get a case raised and still the drone has not been sent. Now 2 days before Christmas- no answer on tehir customer service number and emails are just fobbing me off one saying they dont know where it is or if its been dispatched and there have been delays and a second saying it has been sent but seems to have been lost! Someone needs to take responsibility - ruined my Christmas plans for father and now he has no present!!!!!!
I purchased a coat from Living Social, which happened to be coming from EF Mall.... after 2 weeks of not receiving, I contacted Living Social who said I had to take it up with the merchant... EF Mall.... sent an email, had no reply. Sent another. Sent so many emails, I had a reply saying sorry for the delay but it is on its way. Sent more emails as time passed, no coat arrive, so hard for this company to reply. I sent an email threatening them with court and I got back a reply saying sorry it must've been misplaced in the postal system and they'll send another. Guess what, the other one didn't turn up. No reply to my email but they've sent a refund to Living Social. I've sent another email saying to put my money back in my bank where they got it from, I won't be shopping with Living Social again so pointless them allowing me to have that amount to spend with them as a voucher. I'm waiting for my money to be returned. Absolutely awful customer service.

I ordered from ef mall though wowcher on 7th December for my partner Christmas present, I ordered 4 lots of leggings in different colours and got charged 4 times for postage that was £4 each and here it is the 22nd of December and I don't have my items and they won't tell me where they are or even answer my messages and wowcher are no help ever. So I don't have them for Christmas. Will de contacting watchdog about this company after all the complaints on here like mine, so if you have the same problem contact them to so we can get them stopped
I ordered three items through wowcher on the 13th Nov 2016... It's the 22nd Dec 2016 now and I've received 2/3 after complaining several times. The two items I've received are of terrible quality, there's a tear in the seam on one and they look nothing like the picture on wowcher. I want to return, but EFMALL say this is not possible until the third arrives despite all three being on separate orders. They've apparently dispatched my order on the 15th November, then again on the 23rd November, and are now asking me to wait a 'few more days' over and over with every subsequent email I send. I don't think I'll get my money back, and wowcher have been useless in helping when I contacted them, too. AVOID!

Ordered a drone with camera early December, despite the "delivered before Christmas" guarantee I still have nothing. All emails are responded to with the same template email offering to send the item again. The fact they they have now apparently sent it "3 times" are I still ave no drone makes me think that they havn't actually sent anything.
