I ordered some Bluetooth headphones via wowcher as a Christmas present for my son. The original tracking number showed yodel had never received the item and EFMALL said they sent a replacement, the replacement tracking order was the same as the original. When I questioned this I was told it had been sent but they had no tracking number. Weeks passed and no item. I have been told another has been sent by royal mail and I should check with neighbours friends and family to see if they have my order??????? I have asked for a refund which they don't respond to and only tell me to wait as the order should arrive in the next few days. My son is disappointed and so am I. These people are liars and do not send the items promised. They are NOT to be trusted
I bought a wrap-around jumper on Wowcher and it was a dreadful piece of rubbish. There's no way this is worth £12, let alone the alleged original price of £46! It didn't look like the picture, the colour was different, the fit was appalling; it hung loosely and had no shape. The material was cheap and flimsy.
I contacted customer services regarding a refund and they sent me the instructions. I posted it back to them and 6 days later I'd been refunded so I can't fault them in this regard but I'd advise people to look elsewhere for clothing!
I wish I would of read the reviews before I ordered. You can't get into contact with them. I ordered 2 items which should have come new year. I'm still waiting 15 days later. It's not good enough. And they have your money too. Don't buy from them.
Ordered 2 products through wowcher. Received one within 5 days. The other didn't arrive. Few days went past and I emailed wowcher who advised the store wanted us to contact them directly.
Was told from them that I would receive item in the 'coming days' whatever that means. Still not item, sent another email. Ordered this product on 20th Nov 2016 for a Christmas present, eventually I gave up and requested a refund on 2nd Jan 2017. Was told it would take 3-5 working days, even though I paid via PayPal which is instant on a refund. Now 13th Jan 2017 refund hasn't been issued and I'm still out of pocket. Going through PayPal buyers protection now and then trading standards and the ombudsman! Disgusting.
Order 2 identical items, they take your money, no products, chase the products, recieve 1 product (damaged), chase again.... recieve nothing but poorly written excuses on email, ask for refund, get told product is on its way.... no product, chase refund again... been 2 months still no joy... now referring back to wowcher... and trading standards...

Fraud company, beware! Poor quality, knock off products and terrible customer service. They try to get out of issuing refunds by making the return process extremely difficult.
I purchased a winter coat from them and the coat I got was a poor quality counterfeit - nothing like it looked in the pictures/description. I sent them an email letting them know about the return and they responded by asking for reasons of the return. I provided them with reasons of why I wasn't satisfied. Then they asked for the pictures to prove that, so I sent them multiple pictures showing the differences in coats. After some time of not hearing from them, I returned the coat to the return address provided on the package and asked for a refund. Few weeks later they came back to me with a different return address to mail the coat back to. And by that time my return was long gone, but they kept insisting that they never received the package and that it should have been sent to a different address.
It was extremely frustrating to deal with such terrible, not credible and fraudulent company that intentionally tries to mislead their customers.
They will not take responsibility for their mistake and just keep giving me runarounds on the issue.
Needless to say, I still haven't received the refund.
Will NEVER shop there again.

Bought a gorgeous looking batwing cardigan through Wowcher at a supposedly reduced price from £56 to £14. Bought at the end of November being promised that it would arrive before Christmas. Christmas came and went and there was no sign of the cardigan. I tried contacting EF Mall many times through email and they eventually replied apologising and saying that they would send another. This time, however, I requested a tracked service (yodel, BTW so it was cheap). Cardigan finally arrived today and it is clear how cheap and a rip off the cardigan is. Really only worth the supposedly reduced price, at a push. Don't be fooled by this company.
I placed my order over a month ago, received it a few days ago to find out they have sent out the wrong colour. Communication with these lot are terrible I've been told that my replacement is on its way but received another email asking me what is the problem and asking me to send pictures which I have already done, and then revived an email today saying that they haven't sent out a replacement. The company is a joke
Bought a iPhone for my son as a Christmas present only to find a hand full of problems with it and as for there customer service is a sham, Jesus I wish I had seen these reviews before I brought, so please don't part with your hard earned money to these con men
I ordered a red coat from this company. The "original"price was something like £99 but through wowcher it was offered at £22. WORST quality ever.Nothing like the picture. Cheapest quality material and tacky looking.i won't even pay £10 for this.very misleading ad.wowcher ought to be more discerning in choice of deals.
Bought 2 Fidget Cubes through WOWCHER and was delivered after Christmas, One was faulty. Contacted Customer Services and they are sending out a replacement.
Very quick response to complaint and resolution.

My boyfriend ordered 2 coats through living social, one at the end of Nov and one the beginning of Dec. Neither have arrived. He has repeatedly emailed, on the rare occasion they reply they assure us the items have been sent. He emailed requesting a refund as Christmas had passed but they replied saying they'd resent the items. I tried emailing the sales email address but it failed to go through.
We will be going to trading standards as the next port of call.
Looking through the reviews EF Mall os a one man band and David just can't keep up. I would suggest to him that he doesn't offer services on living social/wowcher etc if he isn’t capable of keeping up with the increased demand.
Also, It's clear the 5 star reviews are fake....

They have absolutely ridiculous customer service and after 4 emails (which they take 2 days to answer just 1) they have told me this has been lost in the post not once but twice!
All reply emails are automatic with no personal customer care.

I don't normally write reviews, however I felt the need to after dealing with this company. I purchased and redeemed a Wowcher voucher for a mermaid blanket on 7/12/16 and was quoted a MAXIMUM of 7 working days for delivery. On the 7th day (16/12/16) it hadn't arrived so I got in contact with the company who took 4 days to respond and said, it has been shipped but there have been some delays, so keep waiting. I asked for the tracking number so I could see where it was and I was told there wasn't a tracking number as it wasn't sent tracked. As Christmas was approaching I allowed until the 23rd and it still hadn't arrived so I had to find a replacement as a Christmas present. After Christmas I sent another email saying it has failed to arrive and missed the date entirely so I would like a refund. They responded and said I had to return the item first! I stated, admittedly rather angrily, that not having the item was exactly the issue here! Then I was told that a "replacement" had been sent out and given a tracking number. Surprise surprise when I tracked it, the item was shipped on the day they responded to my initial "where is my order" email! Finally, today, the item arrived, and although the quality seems reasonable, you can see that the company has lied to and tried to cover up their mistakes at least twice - Saying it had been shipped but there had been delays, and that there was no tracking number. This is extremely poor "customer service" and consequently I will never use the company again.
I brought a drone on the 8/12/16 still waiting on delivery , sent many email to the company only to be told my purchase would be with me soon, asked for a refund to which they refused as they said it had been sent out for delivery, I then checked the tracking and it hadn't even been sent out to the yodel depot yet, so then screen shot this to send it to them to request a refund again as it hadn't even left the building, they was quick to reply and ignore my request but told me it had now been sent and would be with me in a few days, I will be waiting two more days then contacting trading standards. This is disgusting customer service. Do not use this company.
I ordered a men's puffer jacket as a christmas present on or around the 10th December, on the voucher it said up to 5 working days. I have not received the jacket yet and it's almost been 4 weeks of waiting now. I have called on numerous occasions and sent various emails to the company and have received one email from them on 27th December stating there had been delays and I should receive the item shortly. Going on the reviews from other people I'm not holding my breath!
Ordered a Quadcopter on the 2/12/2016 and with p and p paid £41. I have sent several emails and get the odd generic email back. They have stated that they sent ages ago and can't refund and that it is christmas post that has held everything up. When i asked for a tracking number, they eventually gave me one that shows that by 26/12 the parcel hadn't even reached Yodel, never mind me!! They are still answering with generic emails if at all and the phone rings and rings and rings. Have tried to get help from Living Social who have said they have supplied me with the voucher, so nothing to do with them as i have redeemed successfully??? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. How convenient that they suddenly get 5 star reviews one after the other in the last 2 or 3 days. Complete con which i have now escalated with PayPal and i will be contacting Trading Standards.
