I WISH I HAD READ YOUR REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING SOME XMAS PRESENTS

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering with this company EF MALL I ordered 3 2.7dh Car Vidoes as Xmas presents on the 06/12/2016 I thought pleanty of time before Xmas now its the 22/12/2016 still awaiting. I have tried ringing at diffrent times through the day the phone rings then when you try again it engaged I have e-mailed them and recieved a generic e-mail back delay on item not with post office I have e-mail back asking for a parcel number no which no responce. These goods have been paid for plus a £5.00 postage charge how can a company behave like this I was a Customer Service manager with one of the UK's largest mail order companies for many years and would have not treat anydody like this. I have reported them to Wocher and if I do not get a responce I will report them to BBC Watchdog I have no quarms about that

shocking customer services and severe lack of concern expressed when a problem

Do Not buy from this company if you want your goods quickly and within the 7 working days that they quote from redemption of your voucher bought through Wowcher or Living Social.
Their customer services department do not have a good command of English so consequently and reply to any email sent chasing up your goods resemble one that has been composed by a junior school pupil.
I do not think that EF Mall has a UK warehouse and all orders are filled straight from China and the main reason they dismally fail to meet their quoted 7 working days deadline for delivery unless they do a 2 day week-lol!.
If they quoted 14/21 days from order to delivery then it would be more accurate but guess they chose not to as purchasers would probably not be prepared to wait this length of time and consequently not order from them in the first instance.
In a nutshell do not buy from this company if you want your goods in a hurry and are not happy to put up with very slow replies to emails sent to their customer services.
You Have Been Warned!!!

Dreadful! Wowcher should stop using them

Ordered 2 dash cams using Wowchers. Neither turned up. All my emails answered with exactly same response saying it will be here in coming days!!!!! Finally one has turned up and I'm not getting any response to where the other one is although I don't really want it now as it's absolutely awful. Only fit for the bin. Do not waste your money!

Drone with camera

Ordered drone which didn't arrive in time for Xmas because of Royal Mail strike. David from their customer services was so helpful arranged full refund for me through Wowcher no hassle at all. Thanks David

WORST COMPANY EVER! AVOID!

Avoid avoid avoid! I ordered a shark blanket for my shark obsessed 4 year old back in November and I still haven't received it! Emailed back and forth between them and living social who were trying to pass the bucket to each other as neither wanted to deal with it, saying there was no order. Finally got an email a month later saying 'it was on it's way' but still nothing. Again I tried emailing, asking where it is as now only a few days left, guess what...NO REPLY!
Total scam so avoid at all costs!

Satisfied

Item arrived damaged, Screen cracked on the dash camera.
I emailed in explaining this and the customer service team got back to me and asked for images.
I then took a couple of days to do this as I was busy out Xmas shopping. To be honest not an ideal time to be doing all this returning items.
Anyway sent images. Then had a reply……
‘’Dear Ben,
‘’Extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused.’’
‘’We can clearly see the damage from your photos, an we apologise.’’
‘’We don’t want you to have anymore inconvenience in returning the item.’’
‘’We have check the new item and shipping it out today you should receive this in the next couple of days.’’
‘’Once again sorry for the inconvenience.’’
‘’Kind Regards’’
‘’Customer service’’
So to get this I was satisfied, I would shop with them again as they handled it so professionally, however I would advise they check the items before shipping them.

Worst retail company.

Ordered 2 products through living social. Delivery said 5 working days, 2 weeks later still nothing so used their customer email address and got no response.
Eventually got a response saying they had dispatched it but will dispatch another. I asked for a tracking number and they didn't supply.

5 weeks later, the products finally showed up. A leather jacket had the cuff sown into the leather on one arm so obviously could not be worn as it looked ridiculous - the leather was extremely poor quality and the colour was not as shown.
A formal button down jacket was literally made of felt, with stitching of terrible quality. Their sizing was hilarious as well. I'm a medium, and clothes are normally a little big on me. I ordered large and the items didn't even come close to fitting. Would probably need XL or XXL.

Stay away from this company they are an absolute scam and their products are worthless.

Terrible terrible service!,

Placed my order of two items on 25th November via living Social, ordered a mermaid blanket for my niece and drone for my godson who lives overseas, clearly stated 7 working days for delivery and nothing, I have emailed 22 times, called the number they advertise on website at least 50 times and no answer or per mantle engages, one response saying it had been sent, utter lies I am so cross because I am out of pocket and have to go and buy new gifts, really upsetting!!! If your reading this maybe you will contact all these people and make this right, you have 3 days before Christmas to rectify this, I know if it was my company I would be busting a gut to make this right, my contact number is 07767 336936 I will be claiming back via the credit card company and definitely getting this company on watchdog!!! Unreal!!

Scam company

I ordered a mermaid blanket and cushion on 27 Nov and like everyone else in this forum have still not received it. All I get from these people are emails to say it will be here in the coming days. I have asked for a refund but got refused as they say they have 'sent' it. This company is a scam and shouldn't be allowed to trade and Wowcher should be reported for using them . My next step is to get in touch with Trading Standards and Watchdog.

Avoid at all costs

Ordered a jacket from EFMall via Living Social on 30th Nov. Delivery was supposed to be within 5 days. I have chased several times and get the same standard e-mail response, not answering my question as to when the jacket will arrive. It feels like there is something fraudulent going on and they are just stalling, promising to send the item but not giving any specific details as to when it will arrive. The phone is either engaged or rings out so you can't speak to anyone. I will not be ordering anything from EFMall or Living Social again and will report them.

WHAT A JOKE

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from here. I ordered a dash cam on 22nd Nov and still haven't received it. You cant get through on the number given and although I've had a reply via email, still no dash cam!!!! I'm now left 4 days before Christmas, with no gift. What an absolute joke.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

The reviews of others says it all

I'm really disappointed that a company that seems to get quite a few customers can do so badly. I ordered a fiddle cube at the beginning of December and was told delivery within 5 working days...... this has now turned into weeks of waiting. I emailed wowcher and efmall to which efmall replied days after to say my order has been sent out and to let them know if i had not received. I've emailed them a third time in the hope i get this before Christmas but I'm not holding my breath. how a company can be allowed to trade and stay in business with such poor customer focus in mind is beyond me, think my next step might just have to be a refund if it doesn't arrive for Christmas. Thanks efmall

EDIT - Just to update, my order was received on christmas eve which leads me to think this company either deals with stock outside of the uk but does not tell its customers or they are just unprofessional in the posting of items. so the only 1 positive is i received even if it was well over 3 weeks late

Dodgy company

I ordered a Gents Jacket for my husband's Christmas on 8th December but still haven't received it purchased on woucher.I contacted Woucher but they say to contact EFMall but to no avail no answer to my numerous emails or phone calls as the line is constantly engaged.I had no other option but to open a dispute with paypal and still waiting for a response. The fraud squad need to look into the antics of this company will also be contacting Trading Standards these people have no conscience

After a month got my money back and a free cam posted out

Ordered a dash cam for my husband for Christmas in November.
Still haven't received it although they claim now to have posted it out 3 times. I doubt they even posted it in the first place. It is a disgraceful service and I hope trading standings are reading this. They do not respond to emails - do not answer the phone.
I hope they are happy they have ruined Christmas presents for so many people.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After posting the above comments was contacted by this company. They had already refunded my money. Promised to put this right and send out the item free of charge. True to their word I received this royal mail tracked yesterday in time for Christmas. I do hope they have provided this for all other disappointed customers. Thank you for putting this right.

Discusting

I'm experiancing the same thing, I ordered a in car accident dash cam of wowcher for my dad for Christmas but yet still haven't received it! tried ringing them several times it rings then when I ring again it will be engaged. Also tried to e-mail them but no response.

I would advise anyone to avoid this company, absolute joke!

Same Story, wish I'd checked

I ordered 2 shark blankets via Living Social, well within the Christmas delivery time, still no blankets and no response from EFMall :( can't get through on the phone line, no response to emails. Guessed they would be busy before Christmas so cut them some slack, but it's now 4 days to go and no response :(

Was excited about giving them as presents now feel duped by EFMall and Living Social.... wish I'd checked here first but thought Living Social would vet companies before promoting them, so instead of enjoying the run up to Christmas I'll be trying to sort last minute presents and a refund :(

Won't be doing this again for sure!

poor service

bought a pair of boots for my wife for christmas through wowcher will be delivered in 5 days not received, email not working contact wowcher ,2nd week still no boots, contact wowcher said on there way, week later they arrive ,wow the wrong size, to late for xmas, read reviews blame wowcher for using this joke set up telephone number no answer, woecher is just as bad as ef joke mall
