AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! THIEVES!!

Ordered a drone over a fortnight ago but still haven't received it. Phone line is permanently engaged and there's been no reply to my emails. I'm going to have a very disappointed little boy on Christmas morning.
Dreadful company - save your money and order from elsewhere.
Update - it's now 7/1/17 and despite being promised a refund on 23/12/16 I've yet to receive it. Needless to say the drone didn't materialise either. Not only are EFMall shysters, they're also thieves. Shame on Wowcher for doing business with them.

Appalling

I ordered a unicorn onesie and a fiddle cube at the beginning of December via Wowcher, I wanted them for Christmas and it said there was a five day delivery time. Nothing has arrived and no response to emails. Wowcher just say to contact efmall . I will never shop with efmall again and not impressed with Wowcher .

Following this review I received contact from David at EFmall who was very apologetic about the situation and offered a full refund for the goods I had purchased which hadn't arrived. He immediately sent an email to Wowcher requesting this which he copied me in on. I have not received any communication regarding this from Wowcher yet.

Bought a Quadcopter via Wowcher Still Waiting for Deliivery

I bought a Quadcopter on a Wowcher deal over 6 weeks ago. It is now 5 days until Christmas and still no copter. No answer on the customer service number and non committal response on email. Do not trust this website.

EFMALL

I have also ordered items via Wowcher i ordered 6 blankets (individually) on 17th November i have chased and chased I have evenutually received 2 and I can see the third is now in the hands of the Royal Mail(that should be fun with the strikes) but the other 3 still missing. This is disgusting
as these are xmas pressies for my grandchildren. Wowcher are saying you need to wait 3 days bla de bla but having ordered these in November I think this is long enough............ I am at this moment trying to call them 02920813731 but surprise surprise nobody is answering

I have changed my review score from 1 to 4 as having left my review yesterday I was contacted by a gentleman called David who asked me to send him details of everything and having left him my mobile number he called today to check that the items had been received and they had this morning.

So although this was a very frustating situation the goods are here and are lovely so many thanks David.

Scammers. Avoid!

Placed an order with EFmall using a Wowcher code on 2nd December and have waited longer than the suggested waiting period.Today is the 19th December.
I have emailed them but still waiting for a reply. Reading the other testimonies on here it appears to be a common experience.
I cannot see this item being received before Christmas,if at all !

An absolute joke!

Ordered several items at the beginning of the month and had nothing delivered. Now I have tried to contact them I have been completely ignored, no answer on the telephones and numerous emails not replied to. I will be pursuing my money back and would advise anyone else that has ordered from this company to do the same as soon as possible!

Disgusting Service

Ordered headphones through Wowcher 27 Nov to have them for my daughter for Christmas. As like most others on here, it's very unlikely we'll be seeing them. It took them 5 days to respond to my email and basically wiped their hands of it and told me to chase YODEL for my parcel. Of course YODEL has never received it. Second email sent and unsurprisingly no reply.
After reading all these reviews, I'm disappointed that Wowcher are still allowing orders to be placed. They should be held responsible also. Never again will I order from Wowcher or EFMall.

Trading Standards

Same experience as everybody else it seems. I ordered a shark blanket as a present for my Son which by the looks of it will never arrive. It's not about the money, its the principle. I will be collecting cases and contacting trading standards as well as Watchdog. EF Mall and LivingSocial / Woucher should be held accountable. 1st Class Customer Service

I ordered 2 Virtual Reality Headsets via Wowcher on 2nd December. When they hadn't arrived by 12th December I contacted David at EFMall support. He responded within a couple of hours and informed me that he would need 3 working days to investigate.I received an email on the 13th with an update and a promise to contact me by the 16th December. On 16th December I received a phone call from David to state that the items could not be located by Royal Mail and that 2 replacements headsets would be sent out in the post. He offered to deliver them personally to me on Saturday 17th December as he was going to be visiting my home town however I was away for the weekend so this was not possible. He also informed me that I would get a refund for one of the headsets via Wowcher for the inconvenience caused. (this has been confirmed by Wowcher with a refund via PayPal) On 17th December David provided me with a Royal Mail Tracking number for the replacement headsets and they were delivered at 12.24 today 19th December.
It wasn't the company's fault that the items weren't delivered - this was squarely the fault of Royal Mail - however they personally kept me updated and compensated me even though it was not their fault for the lost items.
I would happily order from EFMall in the future as I know that if I were to experience any problems, the support team will be on hand to sort everything out.

Disgusting company

Ordered a dash cam on 6 Dec still no del aparantly 7 day window
E mailed company 3 times no response and phone no just rings out
What are wowcher doing totaly let down I've just thrown £14.99 down the drain avoid these scammers. I've had better service from China suppliers from eBay

DISGRACEFUL AND APPALLING

I gave one star rating because I couldn't give ZERO. I ordered my item 4 weeks ago 21/11 still waiting... The phones are either engaged or unanswered.. DO NOT order from them.. Have to contact wowcher to get a refund... Disgusting service. AVOID ORDERING FROM EFMALL.

Waste of time

Ordered a coat through wowcher with this merchant on the 22nd November, still not order received. Numerous emails, and contacts to wowcher and still no further forward. Automated responses saying it has been sent or a replacement has been sent. Phone number doesn't work either. Delivery address is my work address, never any issues with deliveries but nothing received.
Terrible service and still no further forward, and Wowcher haven't been any help either.

Update 20.12.16: Have finally received my coat. Contacted the support @ efmall.co.uk address and spoke to David. Very helpful. Provided me with a tracking number, and chased the order up for me. Coat was not in the best condition, so I will be getting a replacement. David has been a delight to speak to after the issues I've had, and he is the main reason why I have increased the stars from 1 to 4. Once I got through the not so great communication the experience improved vastly.
I would offer some advice to Efmall.....Employ more people like David, get Customer Services to respond as well as he does, and give David a big fat payrise!!!

Rip off merchant!!! WARNING DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

I ordered 2 dash cams on 05.12.16 as part of my daughter and son's Christmas presents, I'm still awaiting delivery! I have tried phoning on a number of occasions and the phone just keeps on ringing. The money was taken out of my account on 08.12.16, looks like that's the only thing they are quick at doing!!! I have now (today) contacted Living Social and told them that they should not be supporting this site, and should take them off immediately. I have now cancelled my order and Living Social are now reimbursing me . Good luck to any one dealing with these people, you will need it!!!!!!

Great Service

Ordered lingerie bag through Groupon, fast and reliable delivery. It was that good I purchased again the following week.

No communication and their telephone lines appear never to be manned

Ordered a unicorn onsie on the 6th of December. Garunteed delivery within 6 days. Still waiting.
Also garunteed christmas delivery on their terms....
I've emailed and emailed nothing.
I have rang your customer service number 30times in ten days at different times. It appears no one works there. Really unhappy and disatisfied. I want a personal call from you.

Non delivery

I purchased a Faux Fur coat from these people in October it is now Dec 16th and it has still not arrived.I have sent numerous emails to them and had some half-hearted replies , nothing they have done has been helpful and their customer service is dreadful......i will continue with the challenge to get the coat, but in the mean time i would advise everyone to steer clear of this company....they take your money first and after that it;s pot luck weather you receive your product or not.....and not is the more likely of the two .....STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND TREAT THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service, effective and efficient.
Had an issue with my unicorn onesie, I got sent the wrong colour.
I wasn’t that unhappy, I just thought id let them know just icase it was a internal issue rather than a packing error.
In fairness they insisted I send it back and they would send the correct one as soon as they received mine.
The process was completed within 48 hours, An I got the correct onesie within 3 days.
Very satisfied customer.
