I placed an order for $50 inclusive 10$ delivery fee
After few days third party delivery company reached me and asked for additional $57 delivery fee charges to release my order
Now elite parts is saying these charges are valid, they can not cancel or refund as it’s already in transit

To clarify, all shipping details, including the distinction between domestic and international shipping fees, are clearly outlined on our website. The $6 fee covers domestic delivery within China, while international shipping fees are paid separately to Aramex upon delivery. This information is transparently displayed in multiple sections of our site, and we have reiterated this to you via email. It is your responsibility as a customer to review these details before placing an order.
Additionally, your claim that we "force" you to pay delivery fees to release the shipment is completely incorrect. This is simply how Aramex operates in handling international shipments—they provide an efficient, transparent, and flexible system for completing payments and managing deliveries without complications. If you choose not to follow their process or hierarchy and instead adhere to a "virtual policy" of your own creation, that is entirely your responsibility, not ours.
Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as per our policies. Expecting us to abandon these policies to accommodate your misunderstanding is unreasonable. Your failure to review the shipping information does not constitute any wrongdoing on our part.

Item is exactly what I was looking for and a genuine part. Literally the only reliable seller on the internet for odd and individual parts.
Downside: This has no relation to Elite Parts and their products/services, but worth mentioning. The Shop and Ship email correspondence is confusing and often contradicts itself; the website is incredibly clunky and looks as though it was designed by a toddler - and no doubt operated by one because they can't reconcile payments with items causing unnecessary delays; and finally, you need to pay exorbitant shipping fees and taxes on an item that costs $2 to make.

I highly recommend thier service..they…
I highly recommend thier service..they were in direct communication with step by step and guide me through all the process. It took 2 month more or less to receive the shipment but it's Aramex problems and unprofessional mistakes done by Aramex...I recommend elite teams but I don't recommend to ship by Aramex for the reason I mentioned above not mentioning thier prices is to expensive.
For Elite team, I recommend you to find another courier even if it will take longer time but cheaper price it will open a big a market for you here in Egypt
