Have false information

I have contacted experian a few times about the amounts showing on accounts is not the ture amounts showing and i have disputed them

I'm sorry to hear you're concerned about the information showing on your accounts. I understand how frustrating it can be when the balances displayed don't match what you believe to be correct.
We have sent you an email dated 29 June 2026 explaining that we rely on lenders to notify us of any balance changes. Lenders normally provide updates every 6 to 8 weeks, and we're unable to amend the balance ourselves without receiving updated information from them.

Ridiculous experience

Reducing a score because a customer has not got any credit card debt is frankly ridiculous and unacceptable.
I shall be cancelling my paid subscription as I don't need this company advising me to be in debt

I spoke to two advisors and they helped…

I spoke to two advisors and they helped me a lot, I was able to remove the default on my credit file which was incorrectly added and as a result my credit score increased. The advisors whom I spoke to were very helpful, understanding and compassionate.

Frustrating!

Having to go back to contact centre several times because staff were unable to answer my question, each time having to explain again to someone else, not impressed. In the end I have had to apply through FOI from a company who appeared on my linked addresses. Not impressed with service.

I received my Statutory Credit Report yesterday at my home address in Athens, Greece.
Everything was in order. I am extremely satisfied with your service, as well as the quality and professionalism of your team.
