Great experience

Always a good experience when using the site. They keep me alerted to any changes to my credit file, and updates to the file or any potential warnings. This means I feel safe with having experian and know that my credit data is looked after. I also like to use Experian to get quotes on the best deals like loans and credit cards.

staff were ok its just their system and…

staff were ok its just their system and money charging were bad enough for me to give them a bad score!! their scoring is not really a good reflection of someones status.

How can Experian give me a credit score…

How can Experian give me a credit score of average when I have no credit agreements , no cards, all my bills are paid on receipt , cash in bank and financially sound

I can understand why that would seem confusing. Your credit score is based on the information available on your credit report and how lenders may view it. While paying bills on time, having money in the bank, and being financially secure are all positive things, they do not always appear on a credit report or contribute to a score in the same way that a history of managing credit does.

Having little or no active credit accounts can sometimes mean there is less information available for lenders to assess, which can impact your score even if you've managed your finances well.

I've looked into your account and can see that we recently responded to a case you raised with us. An email was sent on 09/07/2026 explaining the outcome and the information available to us at the time.

It's also important to know that the information on your credit report is provided and owned by lenders. This means only they can amend it or instruct us to make changes on their behalf. As soon as we receive any updated instructions from them, we'll update our records as quickly as possible, but we do need their permission before we can make any changes.

Some features and insights are only available through our CreditExpert membership, which offers additional tools and more detailed guidance on the information in your report.

It's also worth noting that lenders typically update information with us every 6 to 8 weeks, although some may update monthly. With a free Experian account, your report and score update every 30 days. This does not mean lenders cannot see more recent changes, just that those updates may not yet be reflected in your latest report refresh.

Bloody awful website l

Bloody awful website l, it says enter your email and password to login, it then says we will send a code. I enter the code and it then says you all ready have an account (I know that's why I was bloody loging in) and then the whole poxy process begins again. Utter junk of webshite. It is exactly the same on the app, how can anyone trust these clowns report when they can't even get the simple things right

Worth having a paid Experian service!

Great service! Reported an issue with O2 and issues relating to missed payments and markers added to my credit report. They immediately added a dispute note contacted O2 who agreed with what I stated. Markets removed and credit amended within a week.
It pays to have a paid service!
