I made a casual enquiry about lead times of a vehicle.
These did not align with my vehicle replacement schedule. Joe listened to my requirements, remembered my enquiry and contacted me months later to see if he could help. He went above and beyond to find me a great deal, at no point was I under any pressure and Joe was friendly and exhausted all options. What great customer service.

Customer service was excellent and speedy.

I have ordered trucks, cars and vans from other companies. Some had me waiting 6months longer than the initial time agreed.

James Grainger from Express is a bit like me, straight to the point. He said he would be able to get me the truck I wanted but would be around 8 - 10 weeks, if he could do sooner he would (as I wanted it yesterday like we all do)!

Fast forward 6 weeks, Christmas and new year in the way my new truck was here! Very happy, easy process and not pushy.

A mention to ‘Michelle Nunns’ also as she dealt with any queries I had if James wasn’t around.

Communication was great and they kept me updated with the progress on a periodic basis. Although the original proposed delivery date for my vehicle was delayed, it arrived ahead of the second anticipated date which was a bonus!

First time I've used Express for car leasing and I've been very impressed. The price on the Renault Symbioz was the best I could find and the ordering process was straightforward and staff courteous and knowledgable. The bonus was the speed in which my car was available, a few weeks ahead of schedule.

We have leased a few vehicles and communication is always excellent mainly with Paula and Michelle as our main contacts. A very personal service provided, understanding our needs as a charity.

We had a specific requirement for immediate delivery. Quite a few extras were needed including deployable towbar etc. Carmel found exactly what we wanted. It was in stock and available, and also it was close to the new 25 plate coming out so she negotiated a special deal. Michelle then sorted all the finance documents out quickly. We are really happy. I've arranged dozens of vehicles over the last 40 years and can definitely recommend EVC!

They were very supportive and every time I asked for updates they always make sure to provide me with accurate update. The vehicle arrived earlier than estimated and I'm very happy with the deal that I got. In fact EVC has some of the best leasing deals around. Dan and Michelle are great assets to this company. I will definitely be using this company again. I will also be introducing family and friends to this company because they are very professional.

My new VW Tiguan R-Line was delivered on Friday all as expected. But the good service started right back in January 2024 a year ahead of my renewal which started as considering extending my previous car plus other available options. This is all despite staff leaving and the company changing it's name around this time. Then even once the car was ordered they were accommodating so I only received the new car on the day of my old car being returned rather than having the new car months in advance! Thank you Carmel, Michelle, Ryan, Kayleigh and others!

Having recently moved across to being a Limited company James Grainger had to work hard to find us a suitable contract for a van that would suit our needs. Any questions we had were no problem at all and he gave us great advice.
Michelle Nunn's looked after us with regards to the delivery of the van and kept us informed of it's progress. We really needed it to arrive quickly and she went out of her way to arrange collection for us so we could receive it a week earlier than planned.
