Felixstowe store. 3rd time Had my order cancelled due to no delivery drivers. Told again at least half an hour after I put the order in.

I have eaten in multiple chicken restaurants and take away establishments but never have I come across something bordering dangerous, until I order dinner from this place, THE CORBY BRANCH. I honestly think I haven't had a worse meal in my life. The chicken was tasteless, the ribs were tough to eat, horrible texture but it was the popcorn chicken that gave me reason to research food poisoning.

Placed an order for delivery, waited 90 minutes then phoned them, got told another half hour waited and phoned again asked for a refund. No refund no food. Won't be using it again. I advise anyone wanting fast food delivered to not bother from this company.

Edit: I was offered a voucher code to use within 1 month. I will let those who read this decide whether to order and risk losing money.

The whole company is a rip off like so many now, you pay a delivery charge and then they charge you more then advertised per item because it's being delivered,eg in store 5.99 add to delivery becomes 7.99.

Irthlingborough store; avoid. The wrong order was delivered, and the restaurant do not care. The order that was delivered was tiny, compared to the £70+ order placed - where is my refund? The restaurant had a chance to step-up and rectify the error and retain our custom for the future, but that expectation was entirely misplaced. Never using again, I’d rather spend my money at KFC.

absolutely disgusting company, served raw pink chicken the rest of the food was oily and dripping with grease the manager said they havent changed their oil in over a week and that pink chicken is FINE TO EAT? are you having a laugh, pink chicken is RAW! since then we all came down from food poisoning and the company claim that we did not when we did.. care to explain why we were all sick after consuming your food if its not food poisoning then? they refunded the burger as a gesture goodwill how is serving food like that a gesture of goodwill a full refund should be provided regardless you have served disgusting food. WORD OF ADVISE DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SERVED RAW FOOD AND RESULT IN FOOD POISONING. THE PLACE NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN. The head office team are disgusting too they cant even address a complaint properly, they integrate you and then address half the complaint, not once was the rude manager complaint addressed or the poor quality food addressed? an £8 refund for a £45+ order what a joke. USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Chicken burger was pink, gave them a chance to cook another one…..still pink. Money back and still hungry. KFC come back to Gt Yarmouth!

I am extremely disappointed with my recent food at favorites. The chicken served was pink and clearly undercooked. This is not only unappetizing but also a serious health hazard. I expected better quality and attention to food safety standards. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to others.

the shop in hoddesdon ....... just got out of hospital had chicken from here nearly bloody killed me be very very carful and no im not letting this go ,,never been so ill in all my life and yes have all the proof i need and hospital test avoid this place

There was a hair in my food, then i got accused of putting it there myself. After arguing with the useless cashier they then decided to only give me a quarter of the portion back, Ridiculous

Consistently Good Food ! Supported with lovely polite staff. Never been disappointed. All there competitors in town could learn from them . Thankyou

Only one guy there, always so rude and unwelcoming? Making up prices in his head. The other day I asked for an extra sauce and he told me 30p, I paid it because it’s what his asked for. A woman ordered after me (one meal) and asked for extra sauce, he gave her 3 without charging her, right in front of me and not 2 mins after charging me.
In all seriousness, your standard here is flakey and honestly I believe it’s just this one guy that is blocking your shine.
he then goes on to tell me if a 15 piece box of chicken is sold he can only give one sauce as it’s his store policy (only restaurant I’ve been to where I’ve been bare face lied to or even continuously had a problem).
Also make sure you take cash.
They get upset/angry if you don’t have cash, I’ve even been turned away for not having cash and not because they don’t have a card machine, probably laundering money.

Order never turned up, when I called the shop was told to deal with uber driver direct. That’s impossible when the details for that person do not show up! Shame, as I’ve always rated Favourite chicken and have used for years. Disappointed but hey ho there is always Charlie’s chicken or KFC

Ordered various chicken items off menu, didnt have to wait long for it to be cooked to order.
10 min drive home. Food still warm enough to eat and enjoy.
Reading reviews, our experience was way better than most.
Food was tasty, cooked, no raw bits and id recommend it and will use again. This is Dover, Kent.

Have only been to High Wycombe branch so can't comment on any others but only had decent food from here. Good value, always fresh, and the staff I've been served by on Fri/sat/sun evenings have always been good: clearly efficient and friendly while keeping professionally polite. Cheers guys.

Be careful at the one in Grays Essex. Fraudsters, ask for 20 wings and because I asked for 10 bbq and 10 spicy I was then charged for 10 each which is a big difference and wouldn't give me the differences back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
