Favourite Chicken in Rayleigh avoid at all cost they don't like it if you phone up and say very politely that something is missing from your order, i did this Oh My Goodness did i pay for it or what. The next lot of orders i placed, the Food was either over cooked or lukewarm not matter what time of day i ordered. I know that people would be thinking well if they are that bad why continue to order, well the reason being is you usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Then you start making excuses for why it's bad, like they were really busy or the usual person was on holiday. Then when it comes to the third order after the incident, that makes you feel physically sick, then it time to call it day. Yet before this incident happened everything was great, i'm never ordering from favourite chicken again i'm done with you and i used to rave about you. YOUR A BIG FAT DISAPPOINTMENT NOW

I placed a order with just eat we got a call from delivery driver a(girl) asking for directions my son told her how to get to our address food still didn’t arrive after 8 phone calls to her number all we got was unable to answer calls money is pending in my bank account waiting to see if it’s taken from my account I will never order from favourite chicken again Susan parker dissatisfied customer

ALWAYS AWFUL! Delivery always takes the most ridiculous amount of time. (pizza shop next door to them takes half the time) There food is greasy, most of the time it's cold, people are rude as and tbh I can't believe how many times I've ordered and now everything shows up. Don't bother ordering! I wish I hadnt bothered ordering

The chicken is very good i will recommend to friends and family.

Have been going in every two weeks Monday with my son and we always have a chicken burger meal each. And every time it is perfectly cooked and hot and the customer service is polite. No problems but I cannot speak for the other items on the menu.

Really disgusted to find out that their ribs are pork. Yes they have it on their FAQ’s, but when the place is advertised as ‘halal’ and no where in the menu it states pork ribs, u have confused Muslims to consume Pork which is against the their religion. Even when purchasing, not one person serving states its pork. Absolutely disgusted.

The chicken nuggets are hard I almost broke my tooth I HATE YOUR STORE ITS HORRENDOUS

love this shop it's probably the best fast food i've ever had but they need to fix up their gravy icl because it's watery and i was straight up drinking it like putting chips in my mouth and having it like it's a cuppa tea

Great staff and delicious chicken at the Felixstowe branch

I have a pretty strong stomach but last night I went in and had a two piece chicken and chips. The chicken must have been contaminated because I haven’t stopped being sick and going to the toilet all day to the point it’s caused muscle strains in my stomach and a few days off

A number of times I got home with missing items, too expensive and large chips were very small! If it wasn't the only one I would defo go elsewhere make me miss Thornton heath and Norbury.... lol

I’m sad to write this as the Ruislip Manor branch never used to disappoint.

But, in the last 6-months, the standard of server quality in the branch has dropped significantly.

Christy, who used to run the place, has now unfortunately left or is away for personal reasons and sadly the guy who is serving on a regular basis cannot fulfill the simplest of requests.

I have given plenty of opportunity to this guy (as he was new to begin with) to do his best to adhere to my requests and called him out when he failed to try his best to fulfill them.

Tonight he couldn’t even make sure that I had 6 of the 6-wings I ordered.

I returned home to 5.

This branch will no longer receive my repeat business as a result of the incompetence of this individual.

Used to be very testing always I buy from favourite chicken even know any shop around me I go far away to get it but now they change oil and disgusting test

My husband has just bought 2 piece meal and a separate purchase for my self of one piece of chicken ! And charged £3.99 , when I open the box it was the smallest drumstick not even a good size of chicken breast , I think this is disgusting to charge nearly £4 , when my husband complained in the store he was told that it was the correct price , in the past we have been regular customers but will definitely not go back again 😡

HEMEL HEMPSTEAD (APSLEY) favorite chicken are not a a great franchise, I've been meaning to WARN other people about this branch......anyway I've NOT ordered from this franchise/ branch for a few months simply as they can't be trusted, my last order was for about £40, anyway the meal arrived with bits missing, this happens regularly with this company, and has happened to me many times, I contacted the branch as soon as the missing food was " not discovered" and they told me the usual response ( the guy on the phone speaks TERRIBLE English and hard to understand) the response was the usual we'll bring you the missing items immediately, which which meant waiting for just under an hour, so by the time the MISSING food arrives, the other food is either cold or has been eaten ! I was getting sick to death of this repeating pattern, so contacted the head office via email, THAT was ignored, so I tried again AND again and finally contacted somebody, and explained the situation to them, they responded with an insulting £10 refund offer, which was an joke considering how many times this has happened, just to let you know WHEN the food does arrive its very tasty, BUT and its a BIG butt, you can never be sure of getting everything you've PAID for.....

I ordered two chicken burger plus meals and the wings and chicken pieces were not in the bag. I rang the Dunstable branch to query this as it was on my online receipt and they were adamant they put it in my bag. I said they clearly hadn't and must have put it in someone else's and they said mention it on my next order and they will put extra in!!!! We will see if there is a next order. A real shame as the rest of the food was excellent.

We called at 5.39, told there was a 40 to 1 hour wait. Finally arrived 19.20. No apology, just confrontational. Not great at all.

Call in. Stand there for 20 mins being ignored. Numerous delivery drivers come and go. You start an order and delivery driver says something so they drop you and attend to them. You try to order get told there is no chicken.
It's consistently a waste of time visiting as this is not the first time.
Chicken shop with no chicken and not even bothering to tell you and save half an hour of your life to get nothing.
