Would of given no stars if possible. Ordered from West Drayton branch. Food turned up. Chips were stone cold and the drinks were missing. Phoned to complain and tried to explain. Person on the other end hung up. Partner and I did eat the burgers, only to both wake in the night with stomach cramps. Both ended up being sick and with upset stomachs lasting several days. Never again.

GRAVESEND town shop is the worse I've ever been too.The chicken is pink, the food is old oil tasting and the order had to be corrected twice before I demanded a refund. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!

Ordered from favorite.co.uk for the first time last night. Delivery was great, food was amazing!

Gotta say, the fillet burger in my local store is superb, never lets me down.

We ordered the Family Boneless Sampler meal and were really pleased with our meal. It arrived on time and the driver was friendly. The chicken breast pieces were delicious, the kids enjoyed the strips and dips, great fries and we all loved the chicken Poppas. Definite 5 star experience.

Cracking place, full of flavour. Will be back!

I have regularly enjoyed takeaway favourite chicken for over 10 years. But last night's visit was terrible, the drunks had turned out of the pubs and gone into the branch without face masks, they could not care less about keeping any distance from other customers, and even though there are no tables or chairs in the branch, no NHS app barcode to scan, no hand sanitizer available at the entrance, they were standing inside the branch eating their food while shouting and failing to keep a safe distance from me. When I left and wanted to eat my takeaway, I found no wet wipes or serviettes had been included, so I had to find somewhere to wash my hands before eating my food.

Ordered this evening, food was amazing. Arrived on time, still hot and very generous portions! Delivery driver was polite, happy and friendly :)

Ordered at 6.49pm Order Number - CLAC67434 called after 40 minutes to get a idea of time as I have 4 year old that needed to eat and go to bed. Was told it would be another 20 minutes which then turned out to be 30 minutes. When opening it all three burgers had no cheese which is only 60p extra but still wrong. When called to say about it I got a rude member of staff arguing with me saying I didn't order cheese and that it was only 60p so why am I moaning over 60p. Because of the attitude I asked for a full refund which I payed in cash and was asked to return food before. They then had the nerve to send me a email that my order had been rejected and knocked and ask for the food for a refund 20 minutes later, which I responded by keep the money your food is in the bin I've ordered Chinese.

We ordered from our local Shepperton branch for the first time using the click & collect option. It said aprox 20 mins, received a call within 10 to say our order was being made up. The food was great value and really tasty. A lovely Saturday night takeaway meal for the family. Will definitely be using again.

I ordered A three-piece chicken meal and a fillet burger from Uber Eats. When I received my order it turned out that I was not able to eat it at all as it was in very poor condition When I received my order it turned out that I was not able to eat it at all as it was in very poor condition. I went back to the favourite chicken store in Rosehill and they were able to sort out my order and give me replacements for then chicken and The burger. Excellent customer service in the store, well done!!!

Ordered with the asap option, food came quickly , before the delivery time set.
Always good food this is definitely the best chicken takeaway. Kumar was the delivery driver . He was very friendly. Recommend you try Favorite Chicken.

Poor poor service didnt get the order right to then be told iv already done it.. Wont be going back....

We ordered food at 5:30pm and called at 7:10pm to ask where it was, were told it would be here at 7:20pm. Called again at 7:40pm to ask where it was and were told someone had called and changed what address our food was going to and the food would be here about 8pm. When asking about a refund for the £16 order we had to wait 2 and a half hours for, we were given £2 off!!! Definitely never ordering again.
