First Tech CU closed Credit Card with no notification. They claimed they sent an email notifying me of inactivity, with a chance for me to use my credit card to keep it active. I never received the email. I DO NOT lose emails. They will not re-open the card. I took a 7 point credit score hit. I lost 24,500 reward points. They are not doing anything about it. They just lost a 40-year customer.

SanJeev Kumar patiently helped me figure out 3 things: 1)whether or not I had a false payment (I didn't)
2) how I might get more benefits by using my money more productively (% improvements)
3) what I need to look for in emails to invite my friends to join 1st Tech. He was patient, pro-active, polite, and thorough, showing once again that 1st Tech has outstanding Customer Service.

We called in needing help and assuming it would be just another stressful and frustrating call to a corporate office. However, Jose answered and walked us through the steps of how to resolve it. He was able to not only fix the problem but walk us through how to avoid it in the future!
He was such a delight to talk to that I think I was almost sad the issue was resolved and we had to end the call!!
