Terrible Product & Even Worse Customer Service
Short Review
⭐️Very disappointed. The treadmill developed a burning smell from the first week and now trips the electricity as soon as it’s plugged in.
The customer service has been extremely frustrating. the manager, can take 4–5 days to respond to an email, making the whole process even more stressful.
After 2 months of trying to resolve this, I’m now being told I may have to pay £100 for collection and an engineer investigation if they decide the treadmill isn’t faulty.
For a £600 treadmill, I expected much better quality and customer service. I would not recommend this company.

However, we do not believe your review reflects the full circumstances of this case.
Throughout our correspondence, we have tried to assist you in diagnosing the issue and understanding the cause of the reported fault. Based on the information provided, our concern was that the treadmill was being used via an extension lead alongside other cardio equipment in a commercial environment, which can affect performance and cause electrical issues. We therefore asked that the treadmill be tested on a dedicated wall socket and circuit to help establish whether the fault lay with the product itself or with the operating environment. Unfortunately, this request was declined.
We also offered to arrange collection and inspection of the treadmill so that the reported fault could be independently assessed. The treadmill carries a home-use parts and labour warranty; however, the information provided indicated that the product was being used in a commercial setting, which falls outside the intended warranty terms. For this reason, our proposed solution was to have the treadmill returned and tested so the cause of the issue could be properly determined.
It is also important to note that some of the information provided during the troubleshooting process changed over time, which made it more difficult for our team to accurately diagnose the issue and identify the most appropriate resolution.
At no stage have we refused assistance. We continued to offer technical support, troubleshooting advice, and a collection option to investigate the reported fault. Any discussion regarding collection and inspection charges was explained in the context that, should testing find no manufacturing defect, those charges may apply. This was communicated in advance and is standard procedure.
Unfortunately, despite the support and solutions offered, these were not accepted, and you subsequently advised that you did not wish to proceed with the options available. As a result, the case has now been closed. We are disappointed that a resolution could not be reached, particularly as our ability to investigate the reported fault was dependent on either the requested testing being carried out or the treadmill being returned for inspection.
We are genuinely sorry that you feel unsupported. However, based on the information available to us and the assistance offered throughout the process, we do not feel this review accurately reflects the efforts made by our team to help resolve your concerns.

Dishonest shop
Dishonest shop. I just went to the Wembley show room and wanted to purchase a £2000 full body gym machine. The sales person there tried to rip me off my adding an extra £250 surcharge on the installation for a total of £500 of installation cost, compared to the £250 quoted on the website. When I confronted him, he lied to me it’s a postcode surcharge despite the address being in west london which is well within their catchment area. Clearly he was trying to rip me off. Very dishonest.

Our Head Office Installation Team has reviewed the quotation and confirmed that the installation charge provided in store was correct. Installation costs are calculated based on both postcode and the location within the property. As the installation was for a basement location within a surcharge area, the additional charge was applied in accordance with our standard pricing structure and website terms and conditions.
We would like to reassure you that the surcharge was not applied at the discretion of the sales adviser and was not an attempt to overcharge. The quotation provided was based on our established installation pricing policy and has since been independently verified which remains as highly competitive when compared with similar services offered elsewhere.
