I ordered aftershave from Fragrance…
I ordered aftershave from Fragrance Direct on 4 December, but it never arrived in store on time. I contacted the store and was told the order could be cancelled and refunded once it was received and returned, and that I would receive my refund within 14 days.
Since January, I have contacted Fragrance Direct over 20 times by email and phone. Each time I am told the refund is being processed, but nothing ever happens. I raised a formal complaint and was told three weeks ago that the issue would be resolved within 72 hours — this never happened.
It has now been over three months, and I am still waiting for my refund. Extremely poor customer service and no follow-through on promises. I would not recommend this company.

Good price and deliver was fast. Unfortunately one of the items was damaged. I informed them and I was given a refund very quickly. Not only the price of the item but also the postage.
