I ordered a set from here before Christmas as a present. It came super quick, well packaged and so much cheaper than moat other places that I could see.
Will definitely use these again for perfumes

I still haven't recieved my purchase…
I still haven't recieved my purchase from this company. They are impossible to get in touch with when I needed to report that my fragrance had not arrived. I would NEVER use this company again.
Ammendment to review:
On seeing my review ( above) Fragrance Direct got in touch, they found out that my parcel was lost in transit and refunded the money in full within hours. It was lovely to see that a company, does listen to feedback and tries it's best to put things right, therefore I have amended my review. Thank you, Fragrance Direct!

Your company could be more honest
Your company could be more honest, receptive and show some genuine concern when you are faced with a customer who feels you have deliberately misled them. Would now never consider recommending your company to anyone and I actually was a customer for many years. Placing adverts with false and misleading incentives in an attempt to get customers to buy your products is shabby. Then dismissing complaining customers with 'oops sorry', is rather disgraceful.
I don't suspect this review will be flagged to anyone as it was made obvious to me when complaining that the misleading advert was fairly obviously intended to mislead.

Very poor service did not receive products despite many attempts to resolve issue, eventually got a refund but had to ask on a number of occasions before it was processed

Speedy efficient buying - usually have my favourite perfume at greatly reduced price. If you want genuine perfumes etc at prices far lower than any high street store, then shop with Fragrance Direct. Sometimes you might get a box which is dented or without cellophane but if it's for yourself what's the problem. Never buy anywhere else.
