Best Customer Service Experience

f you are a business owner looking for a 1-800 service, look no further than FreedomVoice. I just finished setting up my line with Rachel Libre and I am blown away. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made a complex setup feel easy. No stress, no confusion—just pure professionalism. I give her 1,000 stars! I’m launching my new company, E Blast Cleaning, and thanks to her, my 'front office' sounds like a million dollars. Ask for her by name👏☺️

It's service after the sale that matters

When the customer service answered my call he was friendly and courteous. I had an unusual request and he handled it without having to transfer me from one rep to the next. My customer service rep ChristianDavid was very knowledgeable. I can say after my call I was extremely happy with customer service. I would highly recommend Freedom Voice Services.

Your service does not work

Your service does not work. I should not have to uninstall and reinstall your app just to make phone calls. Despite multiple calls to support, I am repeatedly told a supervisor will call me back that has never happened.I do not have time to wait around for callbacks that never come. This phone is critical to my work helping fire victims, and people cannot reach me because your service is unreliable.I am paying for a service I cannot use and receive nothing from. This is unacceptable.
Either fix this immediately, issue a credit/refund, or cancel my service without penalty. I expect direct contact, not another ticket that goes nowhere.

Exceptional Customer Service

The Agent who assisted me was very helpful and patient as I am new to this service and in how to navigate the services. He ensured what I needed during the call was complete before ending the call.

I believe my customer service rep was Mike Valenciano and he was patient and though and so nice. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I ever had. He is a great employee.

The support I needed and got was fantastic

The support I needed and got was fantastic. He walked me through the steps slowly and made sure it was completed before hanging up. He don’t rush through my questions and he was very understanding of my needs
