I’ve been a customer almost 20 years. Easy customer service, clearly defines problem, explained steps and checked to make sure everything is working before disconnecting.

Initially I was upset I had created an account all of 30 minutes before him I was given the customer number and the telephone number that I picked at the end of the page and at the top of the note it said unfortunately they weren't able to do everything online to call this number make a long story short I guess in the process of me creating the application I did something one too many times and it kind of needed extra verification which I couldn't provide because I wasn't even sure if the account was created or not anyway by the end of the call the special created and set up my account and assured me that my number worked by giving me a test call I appreciate his patience and understanding he was very helpful and even under my stressfulness he was still very polite and professional thank you so much I believe his name was Shymir (apologize I said it wrong)

Mercy did a great job helping me get the Florida Satsang account updated. She made the process and enjoyable experience.

it was quick and easy and when I had a problem, I called back and the problem was corrected immediately.

John did a great job getting me setup, he waas very curtious and understanding. I'm a little worried about their reviews but John's not in control of that aspect, give the man a raise.

Josh took him time with me. I previously call 3-4 in December and no one seem willing to take time when I didn't know which card I had on file. So those times I wasn't able to pay my bill. Josh was very patient and he answered all the questions I had and sent literature for me to reference. Since I had this service I only remember this happening my first day of service. I felt very comfortable with Josh because he cared.josh needs a promotion or he needs to train staff members how to interact with customers.

The service is easy to use and consistently delivers quality sound when receiving voicemails. We have been a member since 2020.

Your Representative Janet Tautho was amazing. She updated my new account information for payment & advised me about your various functions. She is an asset to your organization.

Avoid at all costs. Their customer service is very poor. On hold for far too long and insufficient answers

CC # Changed months ago... totally forgot to update Freedom Voice! By the time I got the account updated, the toll free # was on the verge of disconnection. Christian David answered the call fast and got all handled quickly and effortlessly on My part! Phew! Thx so much! Fast Live Service in My time of need! Thank You!

Agent was helpful and knowledgeable

Christian was so knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, helpful, and professional. He is the best. I had called for the same problem with no solution, the person I spoke didn’t help, but Christian kept reassuring me that he would help me, which he did. He kept to his word. I had decided to pull out of Freedom voice and the other company I introduced, however I changed my decision because of Christian’s professionalism and all I listed above. He is an asset to your company. He is a great employee.

Great service with ALOT of additional perks that come along with it, and at a great price. Best option, you can try it risk free. I dropped my business phone line and just added this service line to replace it, wish I did it a lot sooner.

Josh was excellent worker. He was patient with me, and was a big help. He stayed on the phone for about a 1 hour and 15 minutes helping me! I salute you for that!
